We were grabbing some other items nearby so we stopped in here. The line was long, but the two employees were moving through everyone rapidly... even at the end of their shift on a Saturday (it was around 3:45) Only note: it would add more speed if they had a self serve package kiosk like most other post offices! But it honestly didn't matter with the later hours and efficient employees adding the value anyway. Not sure I'll be back... but if there ever is a Saturday afternoon need. It's worth the trip!

I grew up in Weirton and this post office was the only one that I knew for years. I recently went…read morein again for the first time in probably 20 years and had no problems. No doubt I was fortunate that there wasn't a line as is the norm during the holiday season, but the service was friendly and surprisingly fast. The place looks exactly the same as it did when I was a child, so going in felt a bit like stepping into the past. I started this review in December of 2017 and have held out on finishing it as it is now June of 2018 and my package never arrived. I do not know where in the process of mailing and delivery things went wrong, but the last known location via tracking was Centennial, CO. Therefore, I will not place blame on the Weirton branch. I am still incredibly frustrated that my package was lost and the situation has in no way been resolved, but I will seek to solve the problem elsewhere in the chain of command and well beyond this location.

This is the best post office in the city. The staff is always friendly. The hours are better than…read morethe other branches (open until 6 on weekdays, longer Saturday hours). They usually have 2 or 3 people working the counters, so the waits are much better. Post offices are made or broken by the workers. This place excels with its customer service. I've seen the employees here walk hard of hearing and elderly people through their orders in a very respectful and patient manner; that really stood out to me, because I have definitely seen the opposite. The only con is the parking--if you get lucky you can get a street spot, but generally I take the metered lot behind the Friendship Circle.
