We had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more Before booking, I specifically explained our situation (flooded basement) and made it clear that I wasn't sure whether we needed an electrician or a plumber. I was explicitly told that the technician they send would be able to assess the situation and guide us on next steps, as they are trained across multiple areas. However, the technician who arrived immediately said this was not his responsibility and that he couldn't help. No assessment, no guidance, no attempt to assist -- just a $200 charge for a visit that provided zero value. This felt very misleading. If the company knew they were sending someone who could not handle or even evaluate the situation, that should have been communicated upfront. Charging customers for a service call without providing any actual service or direction is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly who they are sending and what they are qualified to do before booking.
