I used the UPS service December 9, 2025 to send a xmas gift to a friend in WI who I have shipped to at the same address multiple times for a couple of decades. This year the box was returned to Staples with a sticker on saying the address was a vacant lot. I verified the address was correct a couple of times and it was. I was instructed to call UPS claims dept which I did. A day later I received a call from Asia, a representative. She informed me that they cannot refund the delivery charge to an undeliverable address. WHAT????? The address is correct and gets UPS deliveries a lot. UPS screws up and Staples keeps my money. I had a very frustrating experience with this print Dept. I called AND emailed my print job to be sure they could do my invitation...before going to the store. I was assured they could print it quickly. I dropped my job off on a Tuesday morning, early. The job took until Friday for them to print (75 5x7 items). When I arrived, the print had a huge line through the middle. I found out the printer had been giving them trouble for a month, AFTER they tried to insist I buy them for 25% off. Who would mail wedding invitations with a big print flaw? The job wasn't completed until the following Wednesday, as they had to send it out to be done elsewhere. Had I known it would take over a week, I could have saved three long drives to their store and gone somewhere else. read more

I am so disappointed and upset with the service at this store with shipping my boxes, and the complete disregard for the customer service when trying to resolve my problem. This store packed and shipped three boxes. All of these boxes had antique pottery, porcelain figurines, and one of a kind art piece. First, the young man (he was very nice) but not trained in shipping started the packing, then another person took over, then another. First, they had the address sent from, as my home address here in Florida. And then, even though I had just given them my address, and they used my home address, they got it wrong. So, it cost me $165 to ship these three boxes. Because they messed up the address, they were sent back to NH. So now, the shipment was put on a truck in NH, taken off the truck in FL, put back on a truck to NH then back to FL. GUESS WHAT! We now had some broken porcelain figurines. So, call costumer service. I wanted my shipping costs refunded, and to then make a damage claim. I was given a claim number 01283612. I was told that I would be called back the next day. No. Called 8/28, 8/30, 9/12. Either the person isn't available, she did call back and left a message once, because they did not call back when promised. Now, it's been, another 7 days. Nothing. So, I am posting this negative review. I hope that someone will read this from customer service and actually respond and take care of it. Oh, yeah, the damage was $250 based on the products value guide. I will be complaining to the BBB too. Don't ship from there! read more

One month ago, I brought in pictures to be printed. After two weeks, I went in and asked if my prints were done. The girl said she'd have them done in a couple of days. That was two weeks ago and they're still not done. Haven't heard anything from them. I'm an artist and I count on these copies being made promptly. The manager here in the copy dept was so helpful. I was coming to pick up my Christmas cards and the roads were glare ice so I asked if they would mail them to me and I would pay they mailed them at no charge! I'm so grateful! I went to the copy center today to make some copies of watercolor art. I had 14 total pieces, and the lady at the copy center was incredibly patient and helpful. She asked me to stay so that I could look at each piece as she copied it to make sure I liked it. In many cases, she copied it a few different ways then had me pick my favorite. She was incredibly helpful and my copies came out great! I will definitely go here again for my copying needs. read more

I purchased $200 worth of items yesterday. They bag the items on one of those bagging carosels. The cashier then kindly stepped around and loaded the bags in my cart. When I got home I was missing a bag containing $75.00 worth of my purchases. Sure it had been left on the carosel and it would have been put aside for me, I called. Nope, sorry, too bad. I know it was left right there. So that means there is a dishonest person working there :-( read more
