So i went to the post office to pi k up the packabut the carrier was still on their routes. I insisted that i can meet them to get it because I wanted to get started on my vehicle,( i hate depending on others), but by their policy they couldn't allow that for safety reasons. The manager took it upon himself to get and his car and go get the package for me and they wouldn't allow me to tip them. One of the most generous things to happen to me in a while. This definitely made my day.... Thank you all so very much for going over and beyond!!! Highly recommend!!!

Amy Brown, i will be filing a complaint with the usps, providing them with the recordings i have of all our phone calls, your unprofessional way of communicating, and the part where you admitted that your office failed to scan hundreds of packages before being sent out for delivery. it left customers who rely on the tracking system, more so during this pandemic, without the reasonable expectation that they will receive the goods they necessarily purchase by mail.

I truly appreciate the time you took to assist me with my request. You went above and beyond finding all the info I needed to complete my process. Your support made the process much easier and I am grateful for your professionalism and kindness shown to me. If employees had the empathy and knowledge you possess for customers, the license bureau would not be compared to a root canal. You treat people with respect and a great willingness to help us.
