Fedex misdelivered two packages. They refused to help me or to take responsibility. i also get…read morepackages that do not belong to me and they refuse to pick them up and deliver to the proper address. Sign out front says to deliver to back porch and sometimes they just throw the packages over the fence into the yard. i get my neighbors packages thrown over the fence as well. The business is poorly run. i do not have a car and have to have things delivered. i wish businesses would use UPS or the Postal Service. We'd get better service.

Thankfully, the lady was nice and found me on. Besides that, my packages are always delayed. As of today, I'm dealing with another mistake from FedEx. We are going on a trip tomorrow and ordered an off-road E bike to take with us on trails. The company guaranteed fast delivery and it was supposed to be delivered three days ago. 1st day, Fedex said the barcode was damaged. Delivery date changed to the next day. 2nd day never got delivered and could not tell me why. Today 3rd day late, it was supposed to be delivered but my giant 82lb box was placed on the wrong truck. which will be going back to the facility in which is not open to the public today since it's Sunday. They said wait for tomorrow -Monday delivery. We are going out of town tomorrow. So now our whole trip is ruined and canceled. We took off from work (money loss) can now my $800 e bike is just being tossed around, not knowing where to get delivered to. DO BETTER FEDEX!! btw, I did not even want to put one star.

i have no clue what's going on at this facility. I mailed a package on april 3rd with priority…read moreexpress. this package has been sitting at this facility ever since with no movement. it is not april 7th, still hasn't moved no updates have been given. WHERE IS THE POSTMASTER?!?!? I imagine there's a bunch of young people working here who don't understand the importance of people getting their mail on time. It seems like i'm not the only one having this issue i don't understand why this is continuing to happen with no one doing anything about it.
