i have no clue what's going on at this facility. I mailed a package on april 3rd with priority express. this package has been sitting at this facility ever since with no movement. it is not april 7th, still hasn't moved no updates have been given. WHERE IS THE POSTMASTER?!?!? I imagine there's a bunch of young people working here who don't understand the importance of people getting their mail on time. It seems like i'm not the only one having this issue i don't understand why this is continuing to happen with no one doing anything about it. read more

Well here we are round 2 our package coming from Wisconsin is supposed to be delivered today in Gulfport Mississippi and it's stuck at distribution center in Mobile Alabama?? Where is the POSTMASTER? The reviews are ALL the same but from different people...as is mine. Two boxes were sent at the same time from the same place on the same day, however, they had different tracking numbers (looking back this was BIG MISTAKE)...don't know why, but here we are...one has been received and the other is being held up at the Mobile Distribution Center for the last three days. I called the number on the bottom of the receipt and was told that a ticket to look into it would have to be submitted. A TICKET! SUBMITTED! WHAT?! And if that wasn't bad, I asked how would I know, as a customer, what the outcome was? This woman said, I'd have to call back...wait; what? So how do I know, that you'll even submit a ticket? I can't help but to think that this is why business has/is dropped(ing) off with the post office; why people would prefer to use other entities for more secure measures. POSTMASTER, this is your Area Of Responsibility. A postmaster manages a post office, including its operations, employees, and customer service. They are responsible for the distribution of mail, as well as the sale of postal products. It would bother me if my business/center repeatedly received the same complaint. Everyone, I think we should copy, paste, and send our complaints to the United States Postmaster General and/or our states Attorney Generals to look into this. This is ludicrous behavior from a place that is suppose to delivery our mail. One person wrote that they (mail handlers I presume) is trying to steal people stuff! This place is where packages go to never return, if you have something come through this place, you might not ever see it again. Been waiting on a package, it arrived here 3 days ago and has not left the premise. No wonder USPS gets a bad name, probably because of this place. read more

I'd have picked my package up at the facility had someone contacted me and told me they were going to hold me up another 2 days. I don't know what's wrong with the USPS around this area but the service CONSISTENTLY SUCKS!!! It managed to get to this facility in 2 days from Ohio only to spend 2 days at this facility.
