totally bad and unprofessional experience. I was at the post office for a simple task. Got an envelope to mail something and the adhesive wasn't working. Post office rep said that they had no tape and I would need to get another envelope but STILL PAY for the one that was defective. not helpful at all. I only spent a couple bucks but it's about the principle. I've never been anywhere, where I was forced to pay for something faulty and bot be compensated. read more

I did not receive a package, called the post office and they got back to me quickly, the postman stated he had put it in my mailbox, it was not there, but I found it in the one next to mine, no big deal. Have always had good dealing with the Sterling post office inside and out read more

This place 100% has the worst workers. They all gave up on life and have no shits to give. Don't go there for the customer service, you'll be highly disappointed. In fact, go in there with a shitty attitude. Trust me, you'll thank me later. They will roll their eyes, scoff, etc. Take the extra time to drive to the next post office where they don't blame you for everything going wrong in their lives. read more

If there was a zero star the Sterling Office would get it. It's been over two months that I put in a request for a change of address. Handed the form to the gal in the office that wears blue eyeshadow. She gladly accepted it. Three weeks later I get something in the mail at the new address asking me to confirm online and pay a fee to finish the change of address.....really?? Three weeks later and you're still not forwarding my mail?? I get online, confirm, and pay the fee. I called today, 3 weeks later mind you, and NOW they are saying two weeks ago they implemented that I have to go down to a physical post office and have them scan my Driver's License. Fucking really?? The government is shitty and can do whatever they want. Basically, you can keep my fucking mail and screw off. I've changed it online with alot of my accounts anyway so just keep the junk mail and anything else that comes. Completely incompetent and no effort of notifying people on time of any changes. read more

Every time I'm working out of sterling and have to use this post office I have the worst customer service from the lady with the short brown floppy hair. She has a very unfriendly bossy tone. My personal post office in my hometown has welcoming ladies that smile and treat you like a person. read more

I hate going to this post office. I've only had the "pleasure" of going a handful of times and it's always a horrible experience. Why? Because April who works the front desk has the worst attitude! They really should make her work in the back so she doesn't have any contact with customers. She doesn't answer any questions, she's rude whenever you ask something of her and must seriously just hate her job. Do us all a favor and get rid of her! I will gladly drive to another post office than have to deal with her piss poor attitude. read more

My extensive experience with this office has always been wonderful! The three gals at the counter are efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. I have known many of them for years, and find they are as capable as any I've ever encountered. Kudos to you for running a wonderful, caring office. read more

The service was great but the RV park has no frills except the pad was level and the water, sewer and electricity looked new and updated. The lot is gravel which is probably a good thing as according to what I have read of other locations there are many goat head thorns which they had there but under control. Not sure if they are an inherent problem in this locale but having a dog made it a concern. Great area to walk my dog around the neighbors and the shopping is super close. Also, a golf Course is walking distance. Clean and nice and staff are awesome.
