We used this store and UPS to transport two packages both going to the DC area. The package for open delivery was delivered on Saturday, and the special Saturday delivery is now going to be delivered this Tuesday or Wednesday. We paid triple the cost for the Saturday delivery. The owner of said store is now basically saying that it is UPS problem and not his. And he may be somewhat correct but he has been totally rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation. He basically hung up the phone. By the way - Zero stars is not an option

They ignore our requests for help even though they were the only ones to touch our valuable package of gifts. Unsurprisingly Shaws scanned the labels in just fine with no issue, the lady clearly has no idea what she's talking about or maybe needs a new scanner that isn't broken. Additionally I couldn't help but notice peoples packages/drop offs filling the entire main lobby unsecured where people enter. Anyone could just walk in grab one and walk right out. If you need UPS or Fedex drop off just go across the street.

It's not far from my office and it's WAY easier to get in and out of than the Brockton PO. I went the other day to mail a textbook I sold online. I threw the thing in a box with some padding and couldn't find an inch of packing tape at my office so I went to the PO with an unsealed packaged. I figured I could charm a postal worker into taping the thing up for me and saving me the $3 or so it would cost to buy a roll of packing tape. Success! Me: (batting eye lashes and trying to appear as needy as possible) "do you have any tape to seal my package?" Friendly postman: "I suppose I can do that for you". Awesome. They were selling the stuff in there so I thought he might say "turn around and buy a roll" to which I was going to play dumb as though I didn't walk right past it. Moving right along but backing up, this post office is the size of shoe box... which is what makes it great because it's a small town PO but there were 2 patrons in there, myself and one other person. There was another postal worker behind the desk just milling about while I waited for a good 5 mins or so... we even made eye contact several times. Ordinarily I would have though "oh well" but I was on my lunch break and the clock was ticking. It'll still be my go-to PO because when all is said and done, it is still much faster than Brockton but come on, not everyone is on small-town time!

I appreciate them giving jobs to teens but my yards signs got messed up. And honestly my cards had an issue as well that I didn't see until I opened the second box of cards. I just called because as a business owner running around I just got to setting my post and hanging my sign. The grommets they put in from their distribution place put the grommets in the wrong spot. Now the sign is looking unprofessional. After waiting on the phone the person was extremely room. Hey if you don't like your job find another! I'm unhappy with my product, don't get an attitude with me. I was very polite on the phone as well but at this point my services sell themselves and I will be returning everything and going with a different company. They don't things in house but the quality of the product is unprofessional I tried to over look something but the rudeness on the phone is unacceptable. On my yard signs when I told the girl at the counter I didn't like them she also was very rude and clearly upset. I was completely nice about.
