Upon arriving in Le Mars the first thing I did was head downtown and find the post office before it closed. My detour here was amazingly fast, even for a post office. There was one person in front of me, a few seconds wait then the clerk took my envelope. He was nice enough, asked if I needed anything else, and the job was done. This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences at a Post Office I've had. Small town living has it's benefits.

For this service, you pay for every door direct, the carriers pick up the cards that are along their route and put them in every door. They refused to accept my order that was prepaid even though they've done the same thing for me for months with the same size. The post master I assume, some older lady out of uniform was nasty and unaccommodating. It's like she was on a power trip and felt pleasure in ruining someone's day due to a small difference in size requirements. It doesn't change anything for the carrier. I lost $500 because they suddenly changed their minds and said I have to have a business account to send the size of postcard I printed.

So it's not a good time to go into a print and fax place, right? So I go to the big place that sells office supplies Max on 41st. The gal there gives me all this trouble because I need to email them something I need printed. Basically passive agresses me completely out of the store with a halfhearted apology about corporate rules and whatever. Fedex print has stolen this customer, and my heart. Kirk and Paul smiled. They both asked what brought me in, because they know this is a mundane task and I want to get back to my day off. No one wants to spend 30 minutes in a copy and print center, unless they have a fetish for that noise the printer makes. Kirk handed me a card with their email, and said "no problem." Paul helped me make sure the letterhead fit the letter, then printed the rest and wished me a good day. I watched Kirk assist another customer with a really heavy package, taking it to his car in the rain. Thanks, Kirk, on my behalf, as well as the older gentleman who needed your help, and for another smile and high five on the way out! Thanks Paul, for being friendly and effective so that I don't have to dread getting stuff printed. As a print shop, you probably only get complaints. We do a lot of printing and copying and I get tired of fighting our home printer. I'll be back, and I'll let my friends know that this is the place to go- thanks again for making a dreary task into a simple one. Amy

Lady working as of 9-25 @9am should be fired…read more I hate to make bad reviews but I specifically asked to overnight a important letter that WAS "GUARANTEED " by her to be there first thing Monday morning , after she gave me two options one being delivery by 10am Monday or 6pm Monday. I chose the 10am , assuming I was being told the correct information. ITS A LIE ! Now my package is being delivered the following day. And I still paid almost $150 for nothing now. And if you think the staff or customer service is helpful you're wrong ! FedEx always gives me the run around , not to mentioned sat on the phone for 4 hours today trying to get help with their website and still no help at all!! I have never had so much trouble with a package in my life !!! Ridiculous and frustrating when it's so expensive as it is ! Never had this issue with UPS , never EVER again.
