They prepared me with all of the information I needed to pick up my stuff and offered to do the packing themselves (at an extra cost) but also wrapped the overall shipment for free. Very nice, very helpful. They made me feel that I could trust them with all of my precious (haha) stuff and I was right! Oh, and nothing got broken or damaged!
