First off, Tshirts were good quality. But dealing with the company, that brought the rating down…read moreto a one. It took several days to place my three large orders. Not one person would call me back to help with this. I sent several emails, and then the responses were not helpful at all. Then we finally received our orders, and they screwed up! Now our whole birthday cruise is messed up, because two Tshirts were sent to the wrong address. Ive spent the last five days trying to get it corrected. They do not care that they sent two of the shirts to incorrect addresses, they just say that they printed them correctlyl. Now two people of 23, including the 85 year old birthday girl, will not have their shirts on the day of the cruise, due to their mistake. They will not correct the order!! I uploaded a design I had created from a ChatGPT prompt, with some modifications. I was able to…read moreadjust the placement on the shirts, and ordered three of the same shirt in different sizes (for my family). Because I needed them before an event this weekend, I paid for overnight shipping. The shirts were in my hand in less than 24 hours, and were perfect. I was concerned that the image wouldn't be scaled to fit, or would be poor quality, but the shirts are better than I had expected. Unfortunately, now I have more people wanting me to make these shirts for them, but that's a good problem to have.

HILARIOUS. I went in to get a quote on 500 tshirts, made on the same Gildan 100% cotton black…read moretshirts that I currently use and buy at Michael's for $3. One color (white). Small, text only design on front, 1" small one color (white) design on back. The gal was "helpful", but not overly nice. And she quoted me $20/shirt!!!!! LOL. $20 dollars each shirt when I order 500? You're asking for $17 over the tshirt cost to print one color and small?? That is a typical price for say, and order of ONE tshirt. But to quote me that for an order of 500 is insane. I left and called several other SMALL non chain businesses and received quotes for the exact same order at half that. On even better quality t-shirts. You'll be out of business in no time.

Not only was it difficult to understand her, or took her a long time to give me answers on colors of thread and shirts she kept going in the back to check. Once I arrived I told her the person that is 85 doesn't wear short sleeves her attitude quickly changed, she became rude and abrupt and showed me some other items. I was nice and just told her I didn't see anything the person I was getting would wear here so I asked if I bought a shirt somewhere else if I could bring pay her to embroider it she responded a sharp "NO" then disappeared in the back. I left and decided that with her attitude, and unprofessional behavior she clearly didn't want or need my business. Costumer service is a big deal to me and this place definitely doesn't have any kind of positive customer service. You don't like the selection of items or have questions expect to be treated poorly. Will not be back.
