Philip is rude ,dumb, and useless. Has zero knowledge and lies about his own stupidity. Go elsewhere if you want service from usps. He will mess up the simplest request read more

Buyer Beware! Do not allow this post office to tell you that you can simply refuse a shipment that you did not order or want. When you send it back this way, and the company on the other end does not want to pay for the shipping to get that product back, their "policy" it to throw it in the trash!! And you will be out the product and your money. I went to the post office to speak with the Manager About training his representatives better. He said they did it 100% correctly and that he also would have sent the package back in the same way. But in the same sentence, he said that they have an agreement and it is their policy that when that happens, they just trashed the item even though your name is clearly on the package and you told them it was worth $90.. So I called the postmaster General in Las Vegas and he backed them up 100% and said they did everything correctly. Just how hard would it have been for someone to say we can send it back that way however this could happen to you. I mean you got a job with the government agency and you can't speak that sentence? They were the ones who told me to send it back that way, knowing that they have this stinky policy that would allow them to throw your package in the garbage and you just lose your hundred dollar bill. I just want everyone out there to know that USPS Has this hideous policy and they stand behind it 100%!!! so never listen to the representative behind the counter and do not ever allow them to talk you into refusing the package!! All they had to do was insure it, or pay for the shipping to return it so that I would get the package back when they it or just tell me about this heinous SECRET policy that they have and then I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to mail it back. And then to be so unsympathetic, and so nonchalant that they would tell me, yes, we have the authority to trash. Your property is absurd! No wonder they are going bankrupt!!! And using our tax dollars to do it! If I could've given zero stars, I would have. read more

Tanner the manager was very helpful.. But I have been coming here consistently for a couple of weeks, to drop off my packages for business. A couple of packages say they are still being held at this location, and the front desk lady (blonde)was very rude to me. I was just trying to understand why and how they haven't been sent out. And she insisted that there was nothing I could do. Upset customers+out of some $. Don't know if I can trust this facility to safely deliver my packages. Will no longer be back to this location... read more

Sounds like the guy named Michael who answers the customer service calls, likes his job as much as an old man likes getting a colonoscopy. Time to find new work if you hate dealing with the public Michael. read more

Worst customer service. Didn't deliver a package when said it was. Called her 5 times reaching no one only to come in and see the place empty. read more

This location is horrible! I have had several issues with my mailman and the management at this location will even call you names, because that's how professional they are. They refuse to take any steps to help their customers even if you have documents that prove they are in the wrong. Clearly if they encourage you to contact Consumer Relations they are not afraid any higher management will make corrections there. Take the extra few minutes and drive to another location. read more

This post office is large and clean, but it has no self service capability and no large package drop. This fact just cost me $13 because I have a time sensitive parcel and will be late because I don't have time to hit another facility before pickup. Now I have to send it overnight. 3 stars read more

I have worked with DEREK who answered my call originally and now I just request him and all of my issues or questions have been responded too with the utmost care and efficiency. I run a business that is in this Post Offices route and we have appreciated all the workers associated. read more

I love this location and I make a point to go there no matter what. I sell my art online and so I am frequently in need of shipping services. This post office always has a bunch of people working and so the line is super fast. They are friendly and helpful and knowledgable. It's my little post office family! I am worried that this review will make people actually discover my little post office gem but it deserves the nod so I'll take the risk. read more

Dysfunctional. Most of the staff is great, but there's that one who always manages to make a bad day worse and a good day grim...and seems to enjoy it. Have had to file several complaints with USPS, and ask for management intervention multiple times. They can and do lose packages with alarming frequency. Long waits, no automated tellers or after hours drop barrel. I avoid this place as often as I can. Derek somehow always gets things straightened out (so far, still waiting on an issue), but being on a first name basis with him says a great deal. read more

My new small business is close to this location. We need to ship multiple large, heavy boxes to each customer. I was thrilled that this post office was so close. But, I went there today with 9 postage paid boxes. All I needed to do was drop them off. I was treated like crap by the employee. She was incredibly rude, dismissive and ridiculously unhelpful. Great job USPS! One wonders why you are failing. read more
