We selected Navis Pack n Ship to receive, inspect and deliver/install a house full of goods on a…read morevery important Interior Design installation. We are an Interior Design Firm, based in Los Angeles. Finding the right receiver is integral in a successful project. Several companies were vetted for our project. Navis rose above the others quickly in our initial conversations. Communication was consistent throughout the receiving process from countless vendors of received goods. Signs of damages in packing material was identified upon receiving with shippers and reported to me as they came in. Goods with potential damage were inspected immediately. Pictures and descriptions of damages were detailed. Goods were stored until time of installation. The product list was very long, consisting of all furniture, lighting and accessories for a three bedroom house. We had some delayed items which changed our delivery dates a bit. Navis was great in juggling our needs with their existing schedule. The installation went quite smoothly overall. We had a couple very minor hiccups here and there on BOTH our parts. Gary at Navis took this as an opportunity for new structures to be put in place and remove room for error. I found this to be very professional, forward thinking and full of integrity. We had some 911's that were addressed immediately. They went above and beyond to put out our little fires for an install that was totally seamless from our client's perspective, which is what matters most to us. It was a great experience and look forward to working with them again. We are very happy to have them as part of our team for our clients in the Salt Lake City, Deer Valley and Park City area.

You can set yourself up…read morewith an account online with ZERO account information and THEN the system will ask YOU to provide your account number to do ANYTHING within their system. I wouldn't be surprised if someone, either customer or employee, goes "postal", no joke, this company is like a nightmare Kafka couldn't even propose. In order to cancel you are directed to call a phone number where they send you to another department where you are required to enter an account number to proceed and your only option is to hear this annoying voice say "You have entered an invalid account number please try again". Of course that account number was never given to you and is not available. But you've paid so they've got you on the hook. Ridiculous. Oh and if you email them they tell you to call. If you go to their live chat it says, you are next in queue, wait time 5 seconds, but the screen never changes. Please, let me take the mandatory trip to the insane asylum now.

I had a package sent there for…read morehold-for-pickup from another UPS location, and when I went to pick it up, one of the employees (a woman with short hair) made the process unnecessarily difficult. Even though my package was already there and ready, she refused to release it unless I signed a shipment release authorization form, which didn't make sense given the situation. On top of that, she would not accept my passport as valid ID simply because it didn't show my address, and she kept insisting on a state ID. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive the entire time. Instead of trying to help or explain things clearly, she came across as rude and unwilling to assist. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the experience left me very disappointed.

He said hi when I walked in the door, and directed me to the shipping counter right away, as I was carrying a large box. I spoke to me like I was a regular and took care of me like one as well. All in all I recommend this place for any shipping, printing, copying, or any other needs they can meet.
