Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. The online reviews don't do justice to the extraordinary service you get at this location. The street parking was fairly simple. We had some calendars to be sent to India and also got some greeting cards from that location. The staff is safely protected with a plastic screen from the customers. The wait wasn't longer and when it was our chance, Len who was at the counter gave us the right direction which type of envelope to use so that we don't spend much on it. We wrote the address and gave it to him and the nice person in him wished us, "Happy New year kids!", which was very sweet of him.

Some of the other local(ish) UPS Stores won't accept a package that's been insured for a high-dollar-amount but this store does (I believe up to $5K - but don't quote me on that) - which has been a real help when I've been in a bind at my job. The workers can range from friendly to... not-as-friendly. Biggest gripe - there's just not enough (legal) parking in this area. You'll always have to contend with double-parked cars and cars in the yellow - with their hazards on (the 'go-to-trick' that makes them impervious to tickets, I suppose?!) My other gripe - I'm hoping to be in-and-out with my one package which means there's at least one person ahead of me with a sack as large as Santa's with well over a dozen returns (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) that are nowhere close to being ready to go... so now I'm stuck. Otherwise... it's been a solid and reliable store and all of my packages have gone out the same night to be delivered.

While I was there the door was closed right in the face of an unhappy customer. She did let him in but he needed to argue to get her to open the door. There was another lady who wanted to pay with cash & some major mumbling occurred. No change use your credit card.... She would not cash a money order over $50. Plus after spending $85 in postage to send out a bunch of parcels with my name all over them and paying by credit card the intensive analysis of my driver's license to cash the $50 money order was a little over kill.
