We just moved to Stamford a few weeks ago and have had several other deliveries yet none from the…read morelocal post office. We found out that the carrier had not wanted to deliver per my call to main Stamford PO. They told me he has been marking undeliverable due to snow & clearing of the driveway. I shoveled personally the driveway 3x last week and had a truck plow it 1x so it's virtually impossible that is is undeliverable every day without any attempt on his part. I am attaching a couple of photos as I shoveled again today with only 1 inch of snow and easier to walk on than neighboring houses that got delivery. I have complained to the PO staff about the carrier service yet they don't seem Interested in solving the problem with an uncooperative and unfriendly carrier that will not deliver the mail.

I complained with the office and they just gave me excuses I think we need a better customer service and better administration. Every one here needs to try to do their job in a more professional and customer focused manner.

This USPS does none of these things, which would be deemed "rude" in many places. They basically said "you have to figure it out" when they couldn't help send a package. Customer service training is essential if you want people to use your services.
