I really needed those items. So I tried calling Pritchard St., in Utica, I literally called 15 times and when they said leave message but you couldn't leave one. So I went to the post office they made it sound all good, she was going to tell a supervisor, and they said they were going to find the driver. Really look to see who had my route. Needless to say no one called no package delivered. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the post office found the driver the 1st time and he brought it my house and apologized for putting key in different mailbox. Postal service is absolutely horrible!!

We were very skeptical after going through so many bad cleaning companies, but it was the best decision we could've made. Our office is huge and only 1-2 people are cleaning it every night, and they still manage to pay attention to detail and make sure everything looks great. One glass broke by accident, they immediately replaced it the next day, no questions asked. Also a plus - super friendly staff! Can only recommend.
