I had the worst experience at the Red Lion Post Office yesterday. I went in and stood in line, just to ask questions about my mail delivery, because someone backed into my mailbox, which is now laying on my icy lawn. I haven't been able to fix or replace it yet, due to the weather conditions. The woman at the counter, whom I've never seen before, was so RUDE! She sighed at me and rolled her eyes. She had such a bad attitude! She acted like I was bothering her. I just thanked her and left. I didn't have it in me to deal with her very rude and bad behavior yesterday. This woman should find another job, if she can't even handle a couple questions! If I ever encounter her again, I will report her to a supervisor. read more

The worst post office I have ever been in which says a lot considering i've had such poor experiences at other ones. A couple months ago they delivered my PO box package to the wrong box, and the person who rents that box never gave it back, and this post office allowed that criminal behavior. And just today I waited in line for 30 minutes and once I got up the lady who sports the ramen noodle-esque hairdo told me her money order machine was broken. Why they didn't put up a sign warning customers, or simply use the other machines behind the counter, is beyond me. I have made several complaints about this office and will have to continue doing so, and I will go out of my way to go to further locations just to avoid this one. I am begging you, readers, to never give this office your business. read more

So many times, my packages, according to ebay tracking, say it's delivered and it's not. Then, some of the employees give me a hard time like it's my fault! What the hell is wrong with these people!!! read more

USPS lost two weeks of my held mail. USPS couldn't find it. They couldn't help me. I didn't even get a 'sorry'. Their online lost mail reporting portal is not working. Also USPS online hold mail portal does not allow you to extend and existing hold mail period. USPS sucks! read more

Worst post office ever!!! Never answers the phone, half the time we dont get our mail everyday and when we do it'll be a couple days worth of mail. When I end up having to go to the office all the employees look absolutely miserable. If I could give negative stars I would. read more
