Never in my life have I had my mail delivered incorrectly or packages missing so many times. Any time I'm expecting a package there's a 50/50 shot I'll actually get it. I end up with keys to parcel boxes and no package in the mailbox, notifications that it's delivered when it's not, or other people's packages instead of my own. And if you call to complain they make the excuse that "addresses are so similar in these neighborhoods" but isn't that the case literally everywhere else too? Every once in a while an issue like this wouldn't be too bad, it happens. But it's literally the third week in a row I'm missing a package. Figure it out. read more

So they can deliver some of my packages but some of them are an insufficient address. The delivery people constantly do not want to walk upstairs and it only leads me to believe it is out of laziness. Two packages this week were delivered and two said "insufficient address". I normally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel a need to share this extremely frustrating situation. This is an ongoing issue with my local USPS office and a specific employee named "Mary" Branch Manager concerning the consistent misdelivery of packages which persisted for over 3 plus years. Initially, misdelivered packages were repeatedly sent to the wrong address and despite my reports to Mary, no corrective action was taken. Zero accountability and proceeded to tell me that she is aware of the cause (address number issue) and informed where the packages were delivered to. For context, we have a community mailbox. Frustrated, I contacted the recipient of these mis delivered packages and we arranged to return each other's packages directly. While this workaround functioned, it was not a sustainable solution especially since the recipient moved last year. Throughout this period, I've reported the same recurring misdeliveries to the same Manager, Mary, who refused to provide her last name or email address for a formal grievance submission. Despite acknowledging that her employees were mis delivering my packages repeatedly to the wrong address, Mary advised me to report them as "lost" to Amazon or whomever I purchased the item/s from. This was her advice EVERY time I reported a mis delivered package. Mary fully aware it's an internal staffing problem and not a truly lost package. Consequently, my Amazon account has been flagged as fraudulent and they no longer will assist with any ongoing package problems. When I informed Mary of this today, she disclaimed any responsibility, citing address number confusion as the cause of this ongoing issue and provided no solution whatsoever. I don't think I ever met a person who lacks accountablitity like this. Its truly disappointing. I do regret raising my voice at her, but I was honestly at my wits end. In my opinion, this also constitutes abuse of authority and I question Mary's suitability to manage a post office. If anything, I am hoping to permanently find a solution to this ongoing problem that has been beyond frustrating to say the least. Additional info: Another employee involved that I've reported mis delivered packages numerous occasions is Ben. However, Ben did not advise to report a fraudulent lost package claim to Amazon (thank you Ben). He simply assisted by promptly helping to locate the misdelivered package. Sometimes, it gets returned to me, other times I end up eating the cost. More so the latter. Again, this is such a frustrating and ongoing problem. Worst mail delivery ever. Often get mail from another address. I wonder where my mail goes. It is clear that the delivery person only comes by when they are in the mood. I put 3 envelopes in the mailbox and raised the flag. When I came home from work the flag was down but the 3 envelopes were still there. read more

I'm so sick and tired of them sending packages to me that are supposed to go to my neighbor in the laurel apartments. You guys need to get it together. It's a huge issue. $70 item got lost because you guys are so unprofessional. Make sure you have delivered the box to the RIGHT mailbox. I shouldn't have to keep up with someone else's mail because you are unable to do your job. It annoys my dogs and me every time because she's having to come over and knock on my door and I have to sort out where her mail went since you guys can't simply put it in the correct mailbox. US Post Office - Not a football USPS - Post Offices Near Me - Pullman, Washington

I never have had issues with the USPS before. But this UPS sure post/USPS delivery has been such an issue for me. I went to UPS(when tracked, it said 'destination scan' by the UPS on Wed at 6AM) and UPS said that they do not have it and USPS should have the package. Well I go there, they said to me "we dont have your package until it is scanned into our system. But the local UPS center (where I just came from) never gets sure post packages, we (USPS) always recieve them from the main UPS office in Spokane." So the worker admitted that they receive the sure post packages directly, and that my package was scanned "by the UPS" for a destination scan in Pullman on the morning of a Wed. (this would mean that the USPS indeed has my package) So why is it not out for delivery the next day (Thur)? Why is it that I have yet to see updates, and I have to wait until Friday for delivery? No one can seem to explain what is going on, nor do they care to tell me what is the hold up on scanning packages in/delivering them the following day. It was scanned in by "UPS" (USPS admitted they receive the packages directly, and the local UPS does not handle them), so they should have my package since it was scanned. I'm not mad the fact that I can't get my package, its frustrating that i cant get a clear explanation as to why it takes more than 1 business day to get things sorted/what happens during that extra day where my package is in limbo. read more

This is actually the location on grand as Yelp says. Needs a few new photos but otherwise it's a Post Office! Big surprise. They have a blue box across the road if you are just dropping off mail. Sometimes it's a lot nicer than pulling into the actual parking lot. Grand depending on the time of the day can get fairly busy. Traffic coming from both directions with no real breaks. Parking lot with about twenty spaces. Not bad for parking but patrons tend to park in multiple spots. Guess it's hard to pale within the designated lines. PO boxes inside with three or four main sizes. Fairly decent prices too. Only issue is the mail doesn't always come in on time. Into Spokane and driven down. Parcels set to be delivered on Thursday don't really come in until Saturday. Anything you need to pick up will have to wait Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Staff is pleasant. Boxes and all the mailers you need. Passport office by appointment only. read more

I had a package coming from Australia Post that was handed off to the USPS. I wasn't home when the first delivery attempt was made, and they left one of those little slips in my mailbox. I live in an apartment building, so the whole thing opens to reveal all the boxes at once when the carrier delivers mail. I filled out the slip on the Saturday I missed them, and left it in my box (where I had found it) thinking they's see it on Monday when they came to deliver the mail again. It was still there on Monday night. The slip had a space for a signature, and options for delivery. I had filled in my signature, and selected "re-deliver, leave at front door of Suite 9." I called on Tuesday morning, and was told "They usually don't do that, with covid and everything going on." What does that have to do with anything? I asked if they delivered mail at all on Monday, because they didn't take the slip in my box. I was told that sometimes they just don't deliver mail on a day, because reasons . . . Okay. I went down to pick it up, and the least interested, least personable man grabbed it for me like it bothered him. I mentioned that they left a slip, and didn't bother picking it up, or re-delivering. "Yeah, they usually don't." The look on his face said everything I needed to know. "We hear this all the time, we're not going to bother with anything, and I don't give a f**k." I am a chef, and I know how to make things easier for people. I suggested to him that if they /know/ they're not going to even attempt a re-delivery, they could just take a Sharpie and write "Pick-Up Only" on the slip, because that would make it easier. I could've gotten my package a day earlier, and wouldn't have had to make a call at all. Given the experiences I've had, I don't expect anyone in this location to bother working at all hard, but I thought they might be willing to take literally ten seconds to make clear to the customer just how little they are going to work. "Yeah," he said with the same don't-bother-I-don't-care look on his face. "It would just make things a lot easier for everyone." "Yeah." Wow. Since moving here, I have had to come to terms with how little people are willing to change even the slightest thing, and instead will put up with needlessly annoying, daily nonsense like there is nothing in the world that can be done about it. This is such an easy fix! Why in the world would you a) not re-deliver if the slip you leave clearly makes that an option, b) not clearly indicate that you aren't going to re-deliver, no matter what, and c) look a good idea in the face and decide that dealing with unhappy customers is just the better solution? Small town complacency is a way of life here, but it never ceases to amaze me how granular the laziness is here. It fits into the smallest of cracks, ultimately making more work for everybody. But you'd have to think about a thing for more than a second to realize that. read more

People here are nice, but the location is awful. Do not count on loop bus, it will drive you crazy. If you need to pickup parcels and have no cars...just ask your friends give you a drive. read more

This post office is the worst ever. They can never deliver a package on the expected delivery date even though it is in their possession. They always have an excuse for why and it is never their fault. No wonder the US Postal service is going to hell. How the service over here? I can only say worse as hell, especially the post manager over here who called Karen Little...what she know about is only pass all the responsibility back to the customer, my mail I sent has been return back to me after a month, and the envope has completely damage, whats in the package has been gone...I bought my insurance on it, she said it is not her responsibility to deal with with it and ask me to complain her if I want to...what the hell is happening to the service....I will never send via USPS anymore in the future...it waste my time and destroy my day read more

Had a great experience here tracking down a package. The sender of the package had put an incomplete address on my letter. Ashlee behind the counter took her time tracking down the package while maintaining operations when she was paged twice over the phone during my visit. She personally looked for my mail and reached out to two separate route workers in order to locate the package. She informed me they found it and would make sure it got to me. Had a terrible first experience. I prepaid for postage and went to go take in my package but was told that I had to pay more, when I asked how much more, I was told "I don't know". I was confused so I tried asking more questions but the guy that was helping me started to get angry so I changed my mind and left. Probably won't be going back here soon, rather go to ups. read more
