You can typically expect a 10 minute wait for service and shortage on employees but everyone is nice and accommodating. I've been a PO Box member for 6+ years now with no issues on delivery or pickup. You may be better off at the Little Silver office just up the road if you need to quickly hit the counter to do a mail out but if you're already in town, the RB post office always does the trick.

At times I've gone up to the counter before collecting mail from the PO Box and they have run over to get it for me , without me asking. They are considerate of their customers. Older looking post office, but kept clean. PO Boxes are probably the original ones but are easy to access. While opening our box I always think how old they are and how many people used it prior. They sell greeting cards, gift cards, packing items, money orders and you can even get cash back from your ATM card. They have their own parking lot, which has handicapped spots if needed. People fly in and out, just be alert.
