They were having trouble scanning my husbands QR code from Amazon. It was a big return and my husband already knew it was going to be somewhat confusing. My husband was being somewhat of a jerk and the guy working behind the counter remained pleasant the entire time. Thank you whoever you are, tall thin kid, that remained pleasant while helping my cranky husband. I even walked out because my own husband was annoying me with his rudeness. Don't worry, I told him he was very rude. And he said "I know I feel bad, but that kid handled my bad attitude very well."

Walked in and was greeted by a super nice young man. He helped me wrap and box up my stuff. He gave me several shipping options and explained them. He also helped several other customers while I was wrapping fragile items and was so nice to everyone! Went out of his way to do something simple like tape labels to a box, even though the customer had to go to USPS (she had prepaid labels).
