Can confirm the quality and current condition of this place. I was looking for a unit with 24/7…read moreaccess, and I saw this place online, and also called them. Because I live here in town, I decided to swing by there. It is how they say - anyone can walk in or out the storage unit area, and I did notice the door to the indoor units was open. The "office" door with the mentioned QR code is now torn off and sitting against the railing outside the front door. The interior of the 'office' is extremely small and looks to be under renovation. The units themselves are fenced in with steel fencing and to be completely honest, I don't even know if anyone can access the doors - its looks abandoned - but the cars parked (or stored inside the unit area would suggest otherwise. Compared to other storage places in town, the value is low and does not justify the price. I'm avoiding this place simply because everything about it rubs me the wrong way. I do not recommend this place to anyone and would kindly advise against dealing with them.

All the gates that should be locked and closed are wide open 24/7. Bad guys as well as tenants have 24/7 access without needing a gate code. 4 units were burglarized one night. The bad guys went into an open unit and climbed over unit partitions to burglarize other units. They cut off locks and unit partitions using a battery operated reciprocating hack saw. This storage area is next to the railroad tracks. Trains make much noise which makes it easy to cover up the sounds of burglaries. Snow plowing in winter is terrible. Look for a place with people on site, security cameras, locked coded gates, and better partitions between units. This place is not that place.

As soon as my question was answered, she hung up the phone. I never write reviews but this felt necessary considering the amount of money I pay for a storage unit. I shouldn't call and feel like I'm bothering someone, this is literally your job. Customer service needs a revamp ASAP.

I called Tyler late at night a reserved the 28' Chaparral boat, and this thing did not let us down! Amazing boat in great condition, has the power and size to take on Lake Powell. Skylite was very accomodating to our requests and was super easy to deal with. They were fair and very helpful. I couldn't recommend them more. You will save a little money and get a nice runabout with an inboard/outboard rather than the cheap outboard rentals at the marina. After chatting with Robert for a few minutes about my years of experience boating, he went over a few things, hooked up the trailer and sent me on my way. To my surprise, he mentioned that he wouldn't be around when I returned the boat and trusted me to drop off. It had been a few years since I dropped a boat in the water and to be honest, it was one of my favorite parts of the day. It truly is like "riding a bike" and I impressed my wife with my boat ramp skills haha. The boat ran strong all day and buzzed the dam, made our way to Face Canyon and then cruised back to Wahweap. Perfect day on beautiful Lake Powell. The only drawback from the rental was the boat was missing a dock line (didnt really care because I just stopped to grab a few things at the store). Also, there was no stereo but like most boat rental spots, they don't rent stereos, they rent boats. I brought a bluetooth speaker and it worked out just fine. I will 100% be renting from them again and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone with boating experience looking to rent a nice runabout and save a few bucks.
