I just happened to see Sunbeam first and was on that side of the street to turn. We dropped off around 34 lbs of laundry from our road trip with 6 people. The attendant was friendly. She anticipated it being ready (washed, dried, and folded) the next morning. We were happily surprised for it to be ready after a few hours the same day. We had a couple of socks missing. I realize that happens when I do laundry at home as well. It's also possible those socks were left in a hotel room along the stops of our trip. I was happy and thankful to have it done instead of trying to do it at our hotel.

The client said almost nothing but the lady PUSHED him and the poor old man fell to the floor . It is a shame that there are people like that working in public places. Also still uses quarters with change machines (no weird apps or tokens or whatever), has modern machines, has a decent little restroom that's unlocked, has wifi, seems kept up reasonably well overall, it's worth a stop as laundry doesn't really get any cheaper around here unless you stay at a hotel.

However, when the washer stopped & I opened the door, it was STEAMING HOT! And I mean STEAMING. The female attendant even felt how HOT THE MACHINE was. I did text the owner, who did call me, & showed up, however DID NOT SPEAK with me, and made no attempt whatsoever, to remedy the situation. The attendant knew I was upset, and asked me if I wanted to try on a pair of my jeans, to see if they had SCHRUNK. Which I did. Of course, she had no way of knowing what this pair of jeans looked like before, but I did inform fher that it appeared they had SCHRUNK IN LENGTH. The owner made no attempt to speak with me, so I left. I am writing this on Sunday Oct. 4th, and to date-- have heard nothing. I hope this serves as a warning to other women, that if your clothing gets ruined by this business-- it's just tough luck! Clothes, to me, are expensive, and not worth taking a chance on. Thank you.
