The same driver( same day) Delivered someone elses package here about 200 addresses different Maybe 2 miles plus different. So pass it up the line unless it is YOUR driver. Already filed with Wal mart. Suggested the other party complain to their business using Fedex.

Tried to use it again today and the folks that own it/run it were EXTREMELY RUDE and would not help. I try to use local folks whenever possible. NEVER AGAIN with these folks. Made me feel like a fool for asking. Maybe take a class or two on customer service and honoring items being delivered on time.
