After a few weeks, I called and asked about it. They THEN informed me that they needed the charger. Unbeknownst to me, my daughter did not drop the charger off with the scooter. But I had to call them to find this out????So she dropped off the charger. Some time goes by, and I once again call to inquire. I am now informed that they can't get an answer from the manufacturer. Well I COULD HAVE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER!!! So he could not repair without contacting them??? I NEVER spoke to "LENNY", if in fact Lenny exists. Always spoke to a woman over the phone. I have stopped by repeatedly. Doors are locked and no lights on. Even though within posted hours of operation. She informed me over the phone that they could not find anyone that wanted to work for them. So that's MY problem?!?!?! FINALLY- THEY arranged an appointment with me to pick it up. 11 AM Saturday, 1018/2025. No one was there and the woman Sandy? Would not answer the phone or respond to my texts. I am going to report this to the police as a theft of my property. VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! UPDATE--- I finally retrieved my property. The woman was very nice and polite. I discovered this store through an Ebay listing last month because I was looking for a DSLR I…read moreneeded for my photography class at the university, and I wanted to get one that wouldn't break me. (As a college student, you can imagine my budget isn't exactly sky high...) I needed to get the camera sent to me quickly, so I called to ask if they could ship it sooner than they advertised on said Ebay listing. They had sold that one already... But the guy I talked to, (I really wish I could remember his name. He was super helpful and easygoing,) said he had another one just like it, and in better shape! Not only that, but he would send it to me -- along with all the other equipment I needed as per the syllabus -- for just over 900 bucks! I had budgeted no more than 1000 dollars for the camera alone, so this was a sweet deal indeed. Fast forward almost halfway into the term: my camera works as expected, and I'm getting good grades on my assignments. If it weren't for these guys, I probably wouldn't have found the camera I needed in time without going over budget. Thanks, Photo Center. Y'all are the best!

I don't mail overnight packages often & usually I would pay $19.95, but he saved me $3 by offering me a different solution & it would still be overnighted & I'd still have the tracking.
