I've used this location for years for both business and personal shipping, but the new policy is…read moredisappointing. If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

You can check their website to see when said shipping companies swing by to pick up whatever you dropped off, and they even have the times for next day air stuff! The service was swift and efficient. I had a pretty awkward/extra request of shipping a hand-painted cooler as a birthday present to my boyfriend, and I needed it there as soon as possible. They packed it up for me, and the screen displayed which shipping option would be the cheapest price as well as travel times. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If I went anywhere else, no one would probably take the time to walk me through the process or properly pack what I needed to be secure to make sure nothing damaged it (like good Lord, I put way too much time and effort into decorating a cooler- I'd be out for blood for whichever shipping company chipped my paint that was sealed multiple times and with freaking resin). Ship anything, anywhere from here. When it comes to shipping something important or something in a timely manner, these people are patient and so helpful. They want you to save money as well, and they can pack ANYTHING without an outrageous packing fee.

There is clutter everywhere and you'll see everything from packing materials, to plants, to books. The guy behind the counter was neither friendly nor rude, if that makes sense. It cost me $8 to send a document mailer to Maine. I came here here because when I went to the post office the line was very long. This place is very close to my house and I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm pretty sure I would have spent the same, so instead of waiting a super long time, yeah I'll come here again.

My shipmate who ordered reached out and they said there's nothing they can do. I spent $125 on this and they won't even make a new one with the correct spelling of my name? Unfortunate. I won't recommend this company to anyone who is getting anything customized. Product would've been nice if it weren't for the fact that they're unwilling to replace their mistake. Then the owner wanted to lie on Google reviews and say i had an email with the name "Jeffery Mitchell. " There was never an email chain. My coworker physically gave printed sheets of paper from fltmps with our names printed on it and when she called to let them know there was an error and their response was that there was nothing they could do about it now. Please explain why, if there was an email chain showing the name given was Jeffrey Mitchell, my paddle says "Jewel" Instead of Jewelle. This is a prime example that even as a civilian, the chiefs mess cannot be trusted. I hope those who "google it out" find this review helpful.
