Today, I went to drop off a package to amazon n I was unable to load my code. I asked him for their wifi so I can get connection n he refused. He walked away n went to the back. The shorter black guy, gave it to me n I was not getting any connection. I asked him for help n he ignore my request. I left there standing with my baby in my arms, helpless. After 5 mins n they both refused helping me indirectly, I had to pick up my package and leave the store. The talk guy, he only help certain skin color ppl.... I try my best to avoid going to this location. The ppl who write good reviews about the 2 of them, it is because they r different skin color from mine. The tall guy always have a chip on his shoulder. He is unprofessional n does not qualified for any cx service job... When certain ppl say good morning, he does not answer.... I will call UPS CORPORATE and report him/them.... Guess they both fail to realize without customers they don't have a job... I believe it opened its doors Feb 2025 and has maintained its extreme cleanliness and hospitality. There is always a staff member or two around for extra assistance and the hours are great. It's very thought out from the abundance of carts, washing/drying machines, snacks and suds wall to the kids corner with TVs and games.
