Why am I not surprised to find this post office already has poor reviews…read more I recently went to complain about a carrier who not only was late to deliver our mail, but had the audacity to park in front of the mailboxes and go on break! It was 649pm on a Saturday! The person was annoyed and actually griped about constantly being interrupted by tenants at this location for their mail!! Hahahaha! Can't make this stuff up. So I wrote a complaint and a supervisor called from this post office. I returned the call only to be met with the sounds of an unprofessional discourteous lackadaisical voice. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor I was disappointed to find that she in fact was the person who called. Admittedly I had lost faith my complaint would have any effect so I ended the call. Hopefully my contribution here will help make a difference.

I will make sure I use all the lowest rates of postage I can for the mail I mail, even if it's not true my media mail or the likes for as long as I live. There's a kiosk to scan your package if you already have a label. Sending boxes isn't cheap anymore but there's not much choice but the big brands or USPS. Because it's not spacious, you might think the line is long but they keep it moving. Same plaza as Kohls and a Game Stop.

The shorter black guy, gave it to me n I was not getting any connection. I asked him for help n he ignore my request. I left there standing with my baby in my arms, helpless. After 5 mins n they both refused helping me indirectly, I had to pick up my package and leave the store. The talk guy, he only help certain skin color ppl.... I try my best to avoid going to this location. The ppl who write good reviews about the 2 of them, it is because they r different skin color from mine. The tall guy always have a chip on his shoulder. He is unprofessional n does not qualified for any cx service job... When certain ppl say good morning, he does not answer.... I will call UPS CORPORATE and report him/them.... Guess they both fail to realize without customers they don't have a job... Just bring the code and they take your package and give you a receipt. The workers here are knowledgeable and helpful with the app, especially for people that aren't really tech savvy (it's me, I'm people). Brown papered the box, completely taped it, label, taped the sticker label to make sure. She said no brown paper. I suggested she touch the brown paper. It ALL under the tape.
