Brown papered the box, completely taped it, label, taped the sticker label to make sure. She said no brown paper. I suggested she touch the brown paper. It ALL under the tape. Not good enough for her. Had to go home again to repack. I honestly think it's because I'm white that she hates me..... if I can, I'll never use FedEx ever!!

I believe it opened its doors Feb 2025 and has maintained its extreme cleanliness and hospitality. There is always a staff member or two around for extra assistance and the hours are great. It's very thought out from the abundance of carts, washing/drying machines, snacks and suds wall to the kids corner with TVs and games. I'm dying on the hill that Zest is THE best and CLEANEST laundromat in Rockland County. Ps- the pics below are not from the grand opening but from the date I am posting this review. TIP- The laundromat is in a very local area and is close to Chilis, Wendys, Umi Ramen, Moe's and 7/11. Very walkable to each of these places and convenient.
