Why am I not surprised to find this post office already has poor reviews…read more I recently went to complain about a carrier who not only was late to deliver our mail, but had the audacity to park in front of the mailboxes and go on break! It was 649pm on a Saturday! The person was annoyed and actually griped about constantly being interrupted by tenants at this location for their mail!! Hahahaha! Can't make this stuff up. So I wrote a complaint and a supervisor called from this post office. I returned the call only to be met with the sounds of an unprofessional discourteous lackadaisical voice. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor I was disappointed to find that she in fact was the person who called. Admittedly I had lost faith my complaint would have any effect so I ended the call. Hopefully my contribution here will help make a difference.
