USPS needs to do more audits and overviewing their locations because they're quite unprofessional. I told him he was explaining this to the wrong person as I'm not the receiver. And he laughed while making snarky comments about my phone case and package as he printed out the receipt. Unfortunately today, I had several boxes to drop off and neither of the two employees were wearing masks and one walked right up to me. I'm immuno-compromised and was appalled this was happening. If you don't want to wear one personally or while no customers are there, whatever, but to put your customers in danger is not only ignorant but extremely selfish. The amount of people who rely on your store need to know they are safe. It's unfortunate.

Thanks to the new federal mask mandate, I'm happy to report everyone was properly masked. I had been in here a few times before during the pandemic and people were not masked, which was really stressful for me, and probably very stressful for the people who work here. They didn't have some of the stamps I wanted, which was a little disappointing. They also were not friendly. I'm not really expecting a new best friend, and I know it is hard to be a public-facing employee during a pandemic, so I don't really care. I wish this place were a little bit nicer. The parking lot is always a little scary, and the post office itself is small, poorly lit and depressing. Why do our public buildings have to be so depressing? I feel bad for the people who have to spend 40 hours a week in a dingy building with bad lighting. It's like the opening scene of Joe vs. the Volcano, which may be part of why they're not the friendliest.

It's so frustrating when there was a definitive way to prove one of us right but she refused to measure out of pride. Fortunately the workers at the Edmond location weren't so lazy, measured it, and shipped it off without a problem.
