This place is awful. Online, it says they have passport walk in hours from 3pm-4pm. Walked in and they claim they haven't done walk ins for passports since 2019. It's 2025, almost 2026! It is not a welcoming location. Always a long line and the counter staff is short and rude with you. The mail carriers in the area are so very careless when delivering packages and mail. USPS needs to do more audits and overviewing their locations because they're quite unprofessional. I have signs on my porch telling carriers where to put packages and they don't respect your requests. I had to report mis-delivery at least TWENTY different times before someone actually looked into it and did something about it.. do better USPS! read more

Normally post office to drop off packages mail etc. but here you could set up an appointment for your passport. Since our passports expired and needing urs soon, we made an appointment and had all needed paperwork completed for the appointment. Surprisingly and very happy we were in and out within 20 minutes. If you need a new passport or updating your password, make an appointment- this Post Office is a great place to go. Great customer services. read more

Do not believe the state departments website for their openness or hours of operation for passport customers. I walked in and was told I was out of luck and needed to make an appointment and they were booked out for over a month (though there was no mention of either of these things on the government website, and doesn't even take into consideration that there where two employees openly not working or helping customers so the lack of ability to help me was not correct). Then when I asked to make an appointment they said they don't do that in house. Completely unhelpful and dismissive. If this is the level of service a paying customer gets from an employee it is no wonder why no one respects the product that USPS offers in this day and age. read more

I was there today (March 28th) at 6:30 P.M. I had to drive all the way from NW56th because my closet USPS already closed at 5 P.M. This is the rudest and helpless postal service I have ever seen. There was no Priority Medium Flat Rate box (11x8x6 inches) available for me to get one. I asked a man who works there to see if I can have one. First of all, he said let him see in the back, and then he bought out a few more medium boxes. However, it was not the size I already paid my postage for. I asked again one more time: "Do you see any medium size box, sir?". He was very rude to say: "If we have it, I would bring it out. I said we don't have it." I mean seriously? You're NOT working for free. WE PAY postage, and they use our money to pay your salary. I believe you got paid much more than an Asian like me! You should know what you need to do with your job. However I have rushed here from work to try and get mail 3 times now gotten here before 6 (550, 545, and today 540) and doors are locked no one in sight. I work M-F 8-530. This post office shouldn't even be called a post office! They're unbelievably slow slow slow! So slow that I went to this place twice, 30 minutes apart, and still didn't get the POSTAGE STAMPS that I needed! Five U.S. employees were there, with only one employee with an open line...helping A (one) customer, while 2 customers left, not including me! I left after 15 minutes. Three of the dudes were standing in a circle laughing, while conversing. What is wrong with these people? Are they bound by the UNION, saying, "That's not my job?" If so, at least the union is still hiding and protecting these LAZY U.S. Post Office Employees!!! Their day would go faster if they actually worked. They.re pathetic and would be fired immediately under any AVERAGE management! I'll never go back to this POC post office, and I'll look for ways to pay on-line to avoid paying ANY postage! I submitted a Mail Key Change Request on November 10, and it is almost the beginning of January and I still have not received my mail key (meaning I haven't been getting my important mail). I could work a self-serve machine better than the service I received this AM. I walked in and there was no line. Two guys at the counter didn't even acknowledge when I walked through the doors, one guy was playing on his phone and didn't even look up. So I stepped up to the counter since there was no one in line and the guy appeared to be bothered by my simple request. I had two FLAT RATE packages to ship that were in the FLAT RATE envelopes... yet somehow I paid non- FLATE RATE prices. When I questioned him he told me it was by weight and distance... uh???? That's not how I've ever used flat-rate packages. Now I understand why there was no line this AM when I walked in... everyone else went to a post office that doesn't rip them off! Lesson learned. It's well worth your time and money to travel the extra 10-15 mins to a nicer, well managed post office! read more

Avoid getting your passport at this location if possible! Although I never have high expectations for my experience at the post office, I'm extremely disappointed. After waiting for 40 minutes, Tim condescendingly assisted me. He yelled, "get back over here" after I walked away to grab a form he wanted me to redo for the second time. I mentioned that I have to leave, as the appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes & I no longer had time. He replied, "well go on ahead. I've had people waiting for hours." That comeback says more about Tim's lack of consideration and ignorance than my willingness to sit in that waiting room. Also, I witnessed various micro insults, as Tim alienated two black individuals. As he assisted an older lady, he said "your parents probably aren't from here, so write the country there". It is very naive to assume where an individual's parents are from based on their skin color or accent. Anyways, if you're looking for a pleasant experience, find another post office. Or, avoid Tim at all costs. read more

Yesterday was my first time using this Post Office. I was excited to use a new location because the other location closet to my job is a smaller Post Office and does not have as many employees, so today I decided to use this location (even though it was further from my job) because it was bigger and "most likely" had faster service... Boy, was I wrong on that! Tim was absolutely HORRIBLE to work/deal with at the W. Reno suite #400 location in OKC. There was only 2 people in front of me.. as I wait and then get called on, TIM doesn't say "Hi, how may I help you" or "Hi, how are you" ect. Tim yells in an annoyed voice "NEXT". I go up to his counter and handed him a stack of certified notices (Yes, there were 20 of them so it was a lot more than the average person would bring in) however, they are required to be sent certified mail by my employer and also for legal purposes for my job, as I am an Apartment Community Manager in downtown OKC. Tim looks at the stack of envelopes, rolled his eyes and says in another annoyed voice, "This is going to take forever". Tim then tossed my stack of envelopes to the side of his counter and told the man behind me to come to the counter, told me to move to the side and he was going to get him first. I moved to the side and let the other customer go first. The customers cards would not read and payment would not go through until trying the 2nd card and after the 3rd attempt. The customer thanked me for letting him go first and he apologized for the wait since he had issues with his card payments. Mind you - Tim, the Post Office employee never apologized for the wait or the inconvenience. After the other customer left, I then went up to the counter again. Tim automatically started ripping the green certified tags off the front of the envelope and said that I placed them incorrectly and too close to the corner of the envelope. (Please keep in mind I have been doing this for 7 years, every single month across several cities and location of Post Offices and not once have I ever been told I placed them wrong or incorrectly). Tim was completely rude with a horrible tone of voice and attitude. After he said that, I then stated that "I've been doing these letter for 7 years every month and no one has ever said that and if he was going to continue to be rude I would just take them elsewhere" Tim then stated "Go ahead and take them somewhere else, I don't give a shit" and handed the stack back to me. After he handed them back I stated "That he was rude and I would be giving him a bad review and calling the Supervisor of the location". After that, Tim yelled "I don't care, DO IT!" and walked to the back of the counter area. I left the post office immediately. There were also several other customers in line for the Passports and behind me for regular USPS services that heard and saw the entire interaction. Tim has SEVERAL bad reviews on Google that I just saw as I went through their reviews, so this is definitely not his first complaint or bad review. As an employee that works for the USPS and is in customer service, his attitude and performance was absolutely unacceptable and if he were my employee, he would be terminated. I definitely am a person who gives Grace and kindness to others because you have no idea what another human may be dealing with and going through in life but under this circumstance, absolutely no Grace or understanding was given from me after his rude, unacceptable attitude and customer service actions. So Tim, whenever you read this, (if you ever even do, you actually probably won't since you don't give a shit about anything else buttttttt) - I hope the next time you have the opportunity to be a complete ass for no reason, I hope you remember that GOD loves you and encourages us to love and be kind to others, even when we aren't in the mood to do so! :) Have a great day and I will pray for you!!!! read more
