Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Continued to tell me they would show up with police to drain my tank, we were also sent two different invoices for the same service. Bill was $578 I just had a $500 bill from them last month. I am fine paying my bill but I want to pay for what I actually received not their inflated theft. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WHEN AUTHORIZATION WAS REMOVED.

We confronted them about the mishandling of our mail, now we get sabotaged mail on a regular basis. USPS has no way to report issues that customers have, I have sent emails and left voice messages numerous times over the years with no resolve. Any assistance on reporting employees would be great, we currently have a police report filed, but there is little they can do.
