Today I dropped off a package with a pre-printed label: although it was a "special circumstances" package requiring notification of the Fed Ex employees, I was out the door in under two minutes (probably closer to one). Fantastic - could never ask for better. The phone situation - ah, well - you've got to go through a phone tree and the fellow who eventually answered today was not the caliber of employee I usually associate with the successful Federal Express business. It happens. The value? Well, it's FedEx - it costs what it costs. It's generally reliable and I'm delighted that it's not the world of 50 years ago when it comes to package delivery. Anyhow, only downside was the phone experience - I'm not sure why the rating for this business is presently so low, but my experiences have been pretty good and I will certainly use this place in the future.

I'll be the first to tell you I'm not very good with computers and cell phones. I thought I would give them a try. It was about 10AM Monday. I was the only one there. I had my laptop with me. Joey asked what it was that I needed and I told him I had documents on my computer, and could he print them some way. He explained how, showed me how to do it on my computer by sending them an email with the enclosures, and bam! It was done. Joey is a great guy. He was helpful considerate and patient with me, and got me out of a jam.

They have about five of them and the people here always act like they own it once they touch it so there's never one to use to transfer your clothes from one side to the other unless you happen to get here in a day where there's kind people washing their laundry. Today there's a homeless guy sleeping inside and every single one of the carts has peoples personal stuff in them next to washers so there's nothing to use it all and I can't even find a person to talk to you about it in here and that's the first time I haven't been able to find anyone here. Of the 10 times I've use this place two times. I actually had the things I needed like the carts because someone was nice enough to share. To the owners, I recommend putting up a sign that says no sleeping in our building. These carts are only for use for transfer not for you to keep while your clothes are washing so that other people could use them do you know things like that? This was the closest laundromat, but I think I will not go here anymore. I brought my stuff in today and after I saw it was going on in here walked out immediately. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to do laundry, then deal with what's going on in here today. Like right now there's some guy standing at the door ranting about something in dirty crazy clothes if I were to walk up to the building right now, I wouldn't even wanna open that door

We have had issues with these folks for years. There is no one to call to report employees for…read moreharassment and mishandling of mail. We confronted them about the mishandling of our mail, now we get sabotaged mail on a regular basis. USPS has no way to report issues that customers have, I have sent emails and left voice messages numerous times over the years with no resolve. Any assistance on reporting employees would be great, we currently have a police report filed, but there is little they can do.

There were tons of washers and dryers, and everything was kept very clean. The staff was constantly circulating around the room, wiping things down and sweeping the floor. I did not want to touch the bed frame which I left in the storage unit to be thrown away. Everything that I could take out of the unit was taken out on Saturday. You are not allowed to take money from any account. Telephone calls were not returned. No one seemed to know what any of the other staff was doing. After driving across town we could not get into the storage unit. Very poor service. I hope no one Your very poor business practices will be reported to the authorities. If you take money from any account that will be reported to the authorities as well. I am appalled and shocked how you could remain in business with the poor business practices over a year of rental costs of $100 per month... As far as I am concerned you need to refund money back to Mr. Hanks for the rat and mouse infiltration, your lack of up keep and not sealing the unit. We're storing some of our extensive collection of crap...I mean cherished possessions, at Armored…read moreMini-Storage for some time before we move everything to Chicago. We are obviously very interested in keeping our stuff in good condition, safe and secure, and in a controlled climate. In comes Armored. We set up a smallish indoor storage area and started moving our stuff in. The manager of Armored was really helpful, accommodating not only my wife and I moving things in, but also our movers who we hired separately. He could have said something like "yeah, your unit is over there, go to town", but he didn't. He walked me and my movers up to the unit, offered up his carts and dollies for the move. Not only that but he helped us move the truck into place right behind his personal vehicle. After a couple hours and we were not sure of the capacity of our current storage unit to hold all our shi...stuff, we asked the manager if we could get a larger unit. Unfortunately, there were no larger units available, but the manager said that he would help us get an additional unit if we needed it and make us a good deal on it to boot. Very nice! We ended up not needing additional units, but it was so cool for the manager to work with us. Great space and great service. Thanks!
