I told them I deferred to their advice as I didn't work there and didn't know how everything works at which point I was told I was being sarcastic and it wasn't funny. If you can't ship something just inform the customer and move along don't ask us to guess and hope. I would not recommend this post office to anyone at this point. I took my letters to FedEx and am mailing them there. It may be more expensive but at least I am not guessing whether or not they will be delivered.

It appears as though she is going out of her way to purposefully inconvenience the customers and I have observed this on more than a few occasions. I personally believe that she might have a mental health issue because she seems "off." Something is definitely not right with her. My advice is to just go to another location and not try to confront her. Fayez was the associate behind the counter who processed my returns and did so in an efficient manner. I had a few questions which he answered and I was on my way.
