I arrived a minute before close just to drop off a prelabed package. The female employee refused to open the door saying they were closed when they in fact were not closed until she kept yapping. Her poor coworker on the otherhand, was super helpful and when he went outside to the mail box he took me and another lady's package for us. I'm sure most people dislike this location due to the busy parking lot and long lines because there is usually only one worker taking care of customers. I understand, but overall the service is always good. They know what they're doing and take care of everyone as quickly as they can. So knowledgeable and efficient. I know going into it that I'm going to curse the parking lot and have to wait a bit. But the location is so convenient that it's worth it. If you want spaciousness check out the post office on 45th Avenue over by Highway 169. That is a sweet parking lot with a bright spacious lobby area. read more

We're glad that this post office is open on Saturdays. Their current hours on Saturday are 11a-1p, which is great for full time day shift workers. This location is also super handy because it's by the grocery store and has a lot of parking, including handicap spots. You can pick up mail from this location as well if you rent a PO Box. We stopped in today and it took us 5 minutes, no line, to mail a package. The employee helped us and suggested different ways to make mailing cost less if we wanted, which was very helpful. She also told us about the stamps and how a few of them donate to charity for breast cancer and PTSD, which is great. We ended up also picking up the breast cancer awareness stamps and it was only $2 extra per sheet for the charity. Overall, we love this post office and have never had a bad experience. I came here once before pandemic. The service was fair: the lady was not too friendly nor too rude. Explained things to me, asked me few questions, processed my mail and greeted next customer again with the same professional attitude. No rudeness. Easy to park, eve though not as large as some other location in Plymouth. The location is prime with the best official and recreational facilities in Plymouth. read more

Our Business mail is missed every other day by this clown outfit. Call to complain and the managers won't answer or return calls. This might be the worst run post office in the country and to me gives the USPS a bad rep and name. Use Fed Ex or UPS if you want you mail/packages delivered because this place sucks. read more

I submitted a "hold mail" request online for the days of a recent vacation. I received an email confirmation, and, while on vacation, I received an email informing me that my mail hold would be ending as requested, and held mail would be delivered per my request. When I returned home, my neighbor brought over a bag of my mail that she observed the postal delivery person put in my mailbox. I never received any held mail delivery. I have filed a complaint, but after more than two weeks (even thought the post office site said I would have a response in three days) I have have not heard anything from any post office personnel. If you request a mail hold, I recommend you not trust the post office and have a backup. I will discuss this with the postmasters for 55446 tomorrow. read more

The lady worker at the front desk was being extremely rude . I was told to leave my package on counter and after asking for a tracking receipt she told me to take a picture and then said I could have used a machine ... I actually had to tell her she was being rude and I left ...but I will not be coming back here . read more

They are closed at 3:55 pm on a Wed. Sign on door said something about being closed until 4:20 pm but did not show the beginning time. It was blank. Strange. I tried to walk in because I was confused by the note and the door opened with several people inside. The clerk said they were "closed". SMH. Terrible service. Were they paid for a whole day? With so few post offices around my area this is a bummer. They don't care at all. I want a good salary, medical insurance, benefits including paid holidays and then close whenever I feel like it. Standing in line waiting to mail boxes and I find that 1) the self service station isn't working 2) there is a long line 3) there is one lone employee to serve us and 4) they can only accept cash or check as their card reader is down. I thought I've seen some crappy USPS branches but this takes the cake. On tax day no less!! From other reviews it seems this is not an anomoly. Go somewhere else like UPS. read more

This is one of many packages where they never get delivered and I am home. Then no notification is left. Recent example Track#9400111205263820287579 & 9400111205263820823494. One delivered Dec 6th and the other the 21st. I just got today Jan 14, 2019, by accident. No notice left even in my box. Also one pill bottle in the package and it would have easily fit in my mailbox. I moved in April 2016 and have nothing but problems getting packages. Carriers drop all packages at Office with no attempt to deliver to home. This was medication I was waiting for. I will notify Genoa Pharmacy of service. I notified Chewy.com and others. I am also starting to Yelp service and also on NextDoor app. i have tried to call and not able to get through and any electronic correspondence has never been answered. I ran into the same at a previous apartment complex in Plymouth. The office states that they also have tried to speak with carriers. Such poor service, forcing me and others to check other ways to send packages. If I can order a pick up/delivery why can't I get my packages through USPS mail by the same service? You are discriminating against those living in apartments as you would deliver if I owned a home. It won't let me put in the date that this began and has been ongoing, which is April 2016 with no resolution. Going to the office we run into the office is closed for holidays, office closed for showing an apartment, work issues and office times, icy conditions, disabilities, pain yet my apartment is just a few feet from the mailbox. Amazon delivers to my door, why not you? Your service is reflecting why so many are no longer using you. One of these packages came Dec 6th of 2018 with medication and I just got today Jan 14th. Really? It should not be the Offices job to deliver to me, me having to pick up when home or anyone else notifying me of a package you have for me. My medication being one bottle would have easily fit in my mailbox. I depended on you, Genoa, Chewy, etc. depend on you and you can't deliver a simple package to my door. I don't really expect much from the post office, but this definitely could've been better. It is a cute little place and it was clean, so that's why it gets a couple stars. The guy at the counter, wearing a name tag "Chuck" was not so pleasant. When I handed him the envelope, I told him I'd like a tracking number and for it and for it to be signed upon delivery. He crinkled up his face, shook his head, and rolled his eyes and said (sarcastically) "ooooooohhhhhkayyyy" and then chuckled another sarcastic "huff" type noise. I said, "is that not what you call it?" He rolled his eyes again and said, "it's certified mail, usually....." with an irritated, annoyed, and loud stress upon the words "certified mail" as though I was making his workday an unbearable experience and I should be lucky he was able to translate what I meant. I would've given it 5 stars if it weren't for Chuck and his rude behavior. All I can say is Yuck! read more
