UPS has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They do the best they can…read moreto prevent you from getting a person on the phone. I shipped 37 boxes with them in September. one was lost. one was missing a really nice tool box, that rest looked like someone had dropped them from a 10 story building onto a cement sidewalk. They want you to go through the process of filing complaints, which I did and I got back inane questions from a bot. It took a long time before I finally got someone to email me - not call me --- email me. I told him my frustrations and he apologized and pushed my payments through and tracked them. Now I am trying to pay my bill and they want to charge me a $50 handling fee to put it on my credit card. I have been trying to get a person on the phone who could approve that but they just keep transferring me to different departments. I will never, ever use UPS again.... and this is not even counting all of the hidden costs that I was charged.... they are the worst. Don't use them.

When I called to offer the suggestion of "have one cashier do Amazon if there are paying customers and the other person check out customers. You can go back to Amazon returns when no one is trying to return an ink cartridge and buy office supplies". He said they get more money from Amazon doing returns than from customer s and then the employee hung up on me. I attempted to call back several times and when he finally answered I asked for the manager. He said, " Lady, I am the manager and you have to stop blowing up my phone." I said, "but you hung up on me". HE told me to call corporate. I asked for the number, he hung up on me again. I would prefer to buy from Staples since they hire LOCAL people, but I can do Amazon instead. No problem. (Did call corporate, on hold for over 30 minutes)
