This location should educate employees on correct protocol for Amazon packages. I wasted time going there, because he refused to QR scan multiple items-one of which needed to be scanned 07/05/25. These items go into one box/container to save on packaging and space. Amazon scans and uses QR codes efficiently. I didn't feel like arguing, because there were many customers and I decided to Wooosah... that moment.... He had a bad attitude and was probably tired, overwhelmed and lazy being the only worker in a store that needs at least 2 people to handle the volume of customers efficiently. Maybe the owner doesn't want to pay the overhead. I used this location for the first time, because it was closer to home. I should have stuck to the Edgewater location, which has excellent customer service and competent employees.
