Then 2 days later my mother-in-law came to get her mail and to pick up a package from the front desk without greetings she snap a her about her post box just because it was more then 8 mail in the box. Will sorry that my mother in law live a distance to get to places where she needs to go so she only goes out once a week to check her mail it didn't mean for her to snap at my mother-in-law!! Walked in and was greeted by a super nice young man. He helped me wrap and box up my stuff. He gave me several shipping options and explained them. He also helped several other customers while I was wrapping fragile items and was so nice to everyone! Went out of his way to do something simple like tape labels to a box, even though the customer had to go to USPS (she had prepaid labels).

Our unit is great, and Michelle has been super helpful for all the various things that come up when you store a boat on the other side of the state from where you live.
