After contacting both orange connex and the post office. The item was delivered. However when I opened the parcel there was no gold item in the parcel! Someone stole my 24k gold turtle dragon. After inspecting the parcel. It seems someone from the third party OrangeConnex carrier probably stole the item. They cut the package and slit it, took the contents out of the box and sealed the padded pack back with tape. Then they put the white orange connex sticker on top of the slit and had USPS do final delivery. Need to see the photo for proof. Cant attach... I also have a video of myself opening the package and the package did not have the gold turtle dragon. After checking the address where the labels have seem to be applied its at this WNShipping USA facility in Inwood NY. After disputing the LOST package w/credit card company three weeks after it disappeared the package mysteriously arrives but with new label and poor tracking update. Not sure who is to blame for this over a month to get a one week delivery but these guys suck. They are clearly an in between carrier but they lost my $600 item for over a month so nope, screw them. They need to do better. This was not a covid issue it was a clear disregard for money spent and the customer waiting. I ended up buying elsewhere for less but the time and headaches connected to them losing my package for over a month is just unacceptable. 3+million dollar company SMH, time for new managment, losers.
