    Every time I walk into this store, I am greated by at least one of the employees. Everyone here is…read moresuper friendly, professional and helpful. I come to this store to send and receive mail, make copies and send faxes. One particular day, I had an abnormal amount of things to do and one of the employees went above and beyond their normal duties to help me out. It was a tremendous burden lifted and I am grateful.     I needed to have two maintenance manuals in 3 inch binders, an aviation GPS unit, some…read moremiscellaneous paperwork and a small bag of parts, power supply sent to me here in Reno, Nevada from the person that I purchased the items from. I insured the package for $3000.00. I was a little shocked at the bill as this UPS Store charged me $60.00 to pack a 16X16x16 box that weighed 21 lbs and of course the box was damaged and the GPS unit was also damaged. When I contacted the Owner of the UPS store I was told that UPS does not cover damage to electronic devices! Then why did I spend $62.00 for insurance? Finally after two weeks of calls did The UPS store notified UPS of the damage claim. The package was shipped on 4-24-18 and finally today 5-21-18 I have an appointment with the UPS claims adjuster, almost 1 month later. I used to work at a Mail Box Etc. store which became The UPS Stores and I asked the owner why wasn't the GPS unit double boxed? That is what we always did with sensitive breakable items? The GPS just had some bubble wrap around it and the box had some bubble wrap thrown in. Obviously I didn't receive $60.00 worth of packing care and this has caused me much grief. I realize that in Indiana, Pennsylvania you don't have much choice but I had no idea that this store was so substandard.

There were a lot of moving parts to coordinate to get the sofa safely to Chicago- some of which could only be done in Pittsburg. Thank goodness I found their website. When I called Becki, she immediately told me that she can help and put me in touch with Austin. From the time I connected with Austin, he took over control and made all the pieces come together. I cannot stress enough how amazing Austin was in ensuring that the sofa safely arrived in Chicago. He was in constant communication with me, the seller and the movers who were picking up the sofa. He took photos of the sofa before, during and as the sofa was being wrapped by the movers. Becki, Austin and hello Personal Concierge are a gems and this personalized and thoughtful service does not exist everywhere. I cannot thank Austin enough for the work he did to coordinate everything.

    If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Prior to visiting the physical store, I contacted customer service to have my account role updated to "Manager," which is required in order to purchase a new phone. After a lengthy 55-minute call, I was assured that the necessary changes had been made and that I would be able to upgrade my device. I scheduled an appointment at the store, but before even sitting down with the assistant manager, I was informed that I was still listed as a "Member" on the account and therefore ineligible to make the purchase. I explained the detailed conversation I had with customer service the previous evening, during which I was told this issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, the assistant manager was neither helpful nor cooperative. He initially refused to change my role to "Manager," citing legal reasons, but was unable to provide any documentation or policy to support his decision--stating instead that he simply chose not to proceed. While still in the store, I contacted customer care again. The representative attempted to assist by speaking directly with the assistant manager, but the situation remained unresolved. I was then advised to visit a corporate store for further assistance. I'm not expecting special treatment, just reasonable support and follow-through on assurances made by your customer service team. The handling of this situation reflects poorly on the management team, and it's disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and customer support. I will not be returning to this branded location, and I strongly encourage anyone considering a switch to Xfinity Mobile to carefully reconsider their options- make the drive to a corporate store.

Still didn't resolve the problem that was fixed five minutes after I walked into the Xfinity store if you're going to use this company, which I strongly recommend that you do not do any and all business through the local store as they are a hell of a lot smarter
