I went in around 430 not knowing they shut there window down at 430. All I needed was a letter mailed certified. It takes the clerk only a minute or two. The clerk told me she could not provide that service but could add a stamp and mail it. But I needed certified so I questioned this. Then the "boss lady" came over she was the most ignorant bitch I ever encountered at customer service. Down right nasty. So I ask her what her name was....refused to give it. I asked her what her bosses name was...refused to give it. Told me I should have came earlier...but I work. Told me to go to another post office. When I told get my wife worked for another post office she became even more rude and told me to go there. So I did. I thanked her for her "great service" and told her to have an amazing day.
