The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.

On top of that, the check-out process online requires you to give access to your location to even sign the truck out - rather than just acknowledging that you showed up to the site that you made the scheduled appt with. I talked to someone from corporate on the phone and she was barely any help but she got me through to the website and transferred me to someone else named Kyle. Kyle was great and understanding. I told him everything and he just listened and didn't try to make any excuses for the issues. He signed me into the account because I was still held up on that. And he gave me the code to the lockbox to get the keys. I went over to the lockbox and both the box and the truck were already unlocked. Upon turning the truck in, there were no employees. There is no one!! It's completely self service and the truck is parked at a condemned building. I could have been pulled over for the snow on the top of the box!!! There's no way I could have cleared that off!! Someone from corporate was supposed to contact me within 48 hours and I did not receive any phone call or emails. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
