He is excellent with shipping strategies and packaging ideas to help save you money. At times he may come across as being stoic or rude, but trust me he is neither of these. He is all work and will focus on your shipping efforts with complete professionalism. I think some customers feel that they must be catered to in all situations and be treated like honored guest. This is not the place for that. This is nothing more than a professional and well maintained shipping store. If you expect to get your ego massaged while you wait in line.. you wont.. Further more, I have had many situations where products have been returned for various reasons. The parcel center handles these situations with perfect delicacy and excellent follow-up. On several occasions they would re-package and re-send with out ant additional cost even though it was probably my fault for sending the item to the wrong address. Additionally I have had many , many customer complements after I shipped something about how well the item was packaged and how fast it was received. All and all, I have had nothing but excellent service from The Parcel center for many years and I will continue to go there for all my shipping needs.

When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.

When they arrived, we asked to either feel that the package had the proper weight or to atleast see all sides to check for tampering. The delivery guy refused and got all defensive. We explained it was because my wife and her sister had a phone stolen by a fedex driver and didn't realize it until after signing for it. The box had been cut open and taped closed again. The driver really freaked out then. He ran for his truck almost crying like a small child and refused package inspection. Now fedex is trying to say that it was the wrong address, to cover their butts. We called customer service and they were very polite and helpful, saying all the correct things. But this is a problem that even AT&T says is a problem they get told of a lot! It seems customer service by fedex delivery means the driver can be their own customer and never face and corrective actions, because the company in my opinion likes to sweep it under the rug. The driver was so bad, he said that he would make sure we never go a fedex delivery to our address again! Can you say little child in a big boy body. This is all my opinion, from my interactions, but for me they seem very accurate and true.
