I had the pleasure of dropping in just after Christmas to send a package. There was no wait and the clerk was friendly and happy to chat. Just today I received a package that was shipped from this post office - now that's great service as it was mailed just two days ago and there was a holiday (NYE). While the actual post office is pretty small there's still lots of good stuff going on. Fun cards for birthdays, upcoming holidays etc. Definitely recommend dropping in for some hip looking stamps or just to drop something off to a real life person.

I simply misunderstood what the cashier said, I have a lot on my mind & a little spacey today & she repeated what she said to me slowly & in a condescending tone. It's the holidays, no need for that, if someone misunderstood you, just smile & repeat it in a friendly, patient tone & wish the customer Merry Christmas, that is good customer service. Speaking to someone in an arrogant, belittling tone will result in a bad experience for the customer which is bad for business. I will not go to that post office again, but in the spirit of Christmas, I hope they have a happy holiday anyway & Merry Christmas.

Wednesday, July 29th I went to Goin Postal to have a small package shipped. The attendant made no…read moreacknowledgement or greeting towards me. He also did not ask how I preferred my package shipped. He assumed that I would use USPS. I told him that I wanted to use UPS which meant that he had to change the info. He was curt and rude. From this point forward I will use another vendor for my shipping needs.
