Everything was picked up and delivered on time,but a couple of our Items were unable to be assembled because the screws and bolts were not packaged and shipped along with the rest of the items. The folks who dropped off we're supposed to follow up with us about this, but we ended up getting called by the company and having to fill out a claim form, still being processed now. The physical movers that showed up at our house were very friendly and helpful. They packed very efficiently and made almost everything fit. Again, most of the process ran smooth with just a couple of bumps in the road so I'd recommend using them just be careful with assembled items and make sure they are documented and accounted for.

But making more money from my calendar sales was my motivation for trying them out. I ordered over a month early for an upcoming show. When my (100) calendars arrived there were little black specs and smudges of ink all over the backs of the covers where there was white. I reached out with photos to them but they wanted to see them for themselves. Forget about trusting your customer, so they recalled them and then they saw for themselves. Now they reprinted them. Now the date is getting really close to when I need them. When the reprints arrived there were problems again! More photos sent, showing alignment page issues. Which I was told that this happens sometimes and nothing to do about it. But all the years I've ordered calendars I've never seen this. Also photos of double printing on pages were sent to them. This time I was so done and wanted my money back. Nope gotta jump through hoops to get my money back. So here I am out over $500 bucks for 100 calendars and I had to trash them. I was so disappointed in the quality control & customer service of this company. I recently had to order through my long time printer because I have customers that expect me to have an annual calendar for them to buy. Oh and I didn't have the calendars for my show, which cost me more money. I will never look at this company again.

It was obvious to anyone going there that we were closed because there were no vehicles there at all. I thought I'd better just check to make sure it wasn't just left on the porch so I took off & pulled up and sure enough, my package was just sitting there anyone could have taken and WOULD have taken it if I hadn't still been in town. It was left there by UPS. We were told by the Post Office that if our packages were dropped off at the post office, we had to put b1090 after our physical address or they wouldn't accept them. I make sure that is on all of my packages. This same thing happened on Friday. I was told by my coworkers that they were finishing up some work in the other building and one of them saw UPS pull up & just leave a package on our porch and pull away. He said it was obvious we were closed because no one was around & he was in the other building. He walked across the street and saw it was addressed to me so he brought it in the building. So beware people, we have a very careless UPS guy who doesn't care to check to see if your building is locked up, he just drops them, and marks delivered and heads out. Browning, MT.
