They are unable to find a simple address. For being a freight company, they have the hardest time finding a location and delivering to the right address. Then, there is no one that answers a phone to get deliveries corrected. Very unusable system. read more

We used to have a wonderful Fedex delivery guy, always friendly and positive. Sadly we have a new route person who's grumpy and rude, uses his signature pad to bang on the glass door with a heavy hand, drops boxes instead of placing them on the porch and has a zero customer service personalty. This is literally the worst company on the planet. Followed by the worst customer service, which is ALL automated! I waited ALL day yesterday expecting a very expensive package. After calling the 1-800 number I was told that it was delivered earlier in the day. I come to find out that they delivered the package to the wrong address! The package was a check just under 20k! With GPS on ALL of the place including our phones, who screws this up? There is literally no excuse for missing the wrong address in 2023! If I could give a negative star rating I would! read more

This used to be a pretty good delivery service when Daniel worked the Havre, MT route from the Great Falls, MT field office. It seems Daniel is gone now and the subcontractor (Fedex subcontracts its drivers to separate companies) appears to have hired anyone with an IQ of -24. Daniel used to train new drivers on the Havre route, but now there appears to be no one training them. During the last three weeks, I've had nothing but trouble from drivers leaving my packages at the wrong address or holding deliveries. My neighbor, who lives 2 miles down the road, stopped by yesterday and told me that they found my packages on their doorstep; this, despite the fact that my neighbor has no mailbox or address. However, I do--in BIG white letters painted on the side of my mailbox, which is next to the highway where anyone who is not completely blind can see it. Ever heard of "Google Maps," drivers? If you can't follow the delivery/location instructions in our Fedex online accounts, use Maps! Or, better yet, phone us! My neighbor also complained about lost and mis-delivered packages, so It's not only me that's having difficulty. Multiple phone calls to Fedex support resulted in no action whatsoever. Their support people will tell clients that they will contact the proper field office and straighten out the problems, but they never do. Hence, Fedex support is as worthless as its drivers. Shame on you both! I do hundreds of dollars in business per month with one company in particular who relies on Fedex as a shipper. I'm currently trying to convince them to drop Fedex and use UPS; I've never had a shipping issue with them. We shall see. . . read more

As usual FedEx either didn't deliver my package, or left it out in front in plain sight. They showed a delivery time, and we were home, but no package. You can't talk to a person, so you can't really find anything out. So I am out of luck again. Please don't use fedex. read more

my package was suppose to be delivered on the 9th of October. The morning of the 9th comes and it says the 12th and also that the customer was unavailable or business closed even though the delivery driver NEVER came and even attempted to deliver it in the 1st place and my wife has been home all day. Had I known this I would have NEVER used fed ex. Now fed ex wants me to believe that they can get a package from California to great falls MT (through Billings mt) faster that from great falls mt to my house 10 miles away. Slow. Slower. Slowest FedEx location I have ever been to. FedEx needs to go back to paper labels for places that still function like it's the 1980's. I got here when there was nobody else here and put all of my paperwork into envelopes to bring up to the desk to send with my account and all addresses already in their online system. Just as I was turning around to bring my 4 items to the customer service representative a guy walked in and she started chatting with him and getting his unpackaged items ready to go. It was clear she wasn't going to help me first even though I was there first. She didn't even ask me if I was in a hurry. I had a flight to catch and deduced that it would have taken her too long to even input my items into the computer, as I saw how long it was taking her to help the guy with his one tiny package. I chose to carry all of my stuff on my flight and just send it from my destination city. It's really too bad this is the only FedEx in town - they used to stay open until 7pm but now they close at 6pm. Customer service is seriously lacking and FedEx needs to hire folks that are quick and savvy for their operations. This location is giving them a bad reputation. read more

This FedEx is beyond frustrating. I live in a house that's a little complicated in that it's behind the apartment complex with the number address. However, FedEx has a way to "customize your delivery" to leave instructions. The only problem with that is you can only leave a tiny message, which I did. I said "My house is behind the library." Simple enough right? Wrong. They couldn't find my house, even though they've delivered at least two other packages to this house in the past, and I've had to complain to them in the past two months. It hasn't been that long since they delivered here. Then, not only that, when I tried to leave a customer service feedback, they kept telling me why I was at fault for not receiving the package. The first message said "Our Records indicate that you were not there to sign for the package" even though they didn't come to my house that I instructed them to. Then next one I sent, they said "If you want to leave personalized instructions, do so on your profile page" which I already DID. I can't call the customer service line because they're delivering my new cell phone to me. They're unhelpful and incompetent and I don't recommend using them to ship or receive packages. read more

The FedEx person that delivers to Fairfield Montana is horrible. Last week this person delivered an open box to the wrong location and today, this person did not deliver my package. Due to the COVID-19, we have a sign on the door to call the office for deliveries as we are working regular business hours. I have been on hold for over 2 hours with no sign of a live person. read more
