This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a post office. I came in to return some clothing and already had everything packed in a cardboard box. I waited in line for about 35 minutes, and when I finally got to the counter the worker immediately had an annoyed and irritated attitude. I understand it can be a busy day, but I had also just stood in line for a long time. She looked at my package and asked what I was doing with it, and I politely explained that I was returning it and showed her the packing slip. She then told me she could not tape the package for me, which was fine, but said I would have to go back in line, buy tape, tape it up myself, and then wait in line again for another 35 minutes. The way she said it felt dismissive and almost like she was enjoying how frustrated I was getting. I asked if I could just buy the tape right there and tape it up, and she said that was not an option. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude. I ended up doing exactly what she said, waiting in line again, and this time I was helped by a different clerk who told me I could have bought the tape and taped the package when I was first at the counter. That was extremely frustrating and confirmed for me that the first worker was being difficult for no real reason. I would not recommend this post office based on this experience. It also seemed like other people were getting similar treatment from her. The rest of the staff did seem nicer, but even one experience like this reflects poorly on the location as a whole. read more

Frequently fail to deliver mail. Will not leave any notes whenever they hold mail or packages. Can't be bothered to check tracking numbers. It also doesn't help that they either don't have a working phone number or never updated their contact details online. Easily the least professional post office in the area. read more

Worst post office I ever the displeasure to deal with. Every time I come here the people are beyond rude especially the guy named Bob. First off, they don't care about your packages and will stuff them into your mailbox so you can't physically take it out. And the packages are always already opened or damaged. Every time I come to explain my damages, they could care less. One tip, if you don't like your job then quit. Don't bring your misery on to everyone else. And when I came to pick up a package from a slip they gave me in the mailbox, they LOST my package!!! I asked Bob, how am I going to get that package back? And he rudely slams his pen down and says "name and number." You are suppose to tell your customers NICELY your plan to retrieve a lost package instead of slamming pens down. He told me I would be called with updates on my lost package but newsflash, it's been three weeks and no one has called me and I never got the package. Did a follow up and they tell me "I can't help you if we can't find it." It always has a long line and they always have an attitude when dealing with mail. I try to avoid this place as much since the rude staff can ruin what is a good day, to a horrible one. My advice is to go to FedEx or UPS to mail your mail if you can. The staff here clearly show they don't care about their customers or people for that matter and are one of the meanest people I've ever encountered. read more

This seems like a newer post office. Its really clean & they had a number of people moving so the line moved super fast! Plenty of parking. This was probably the most efficient post office I've ever been to, and was a relatively painless experience. Thank you post office, since I imagine I will need to come in to pick up most packages delivered to me. read more

If you go here, do NOT go in Bob's line. I accidentally forgot to put my building number when ordering a package and he literally made me cry. He was SO rude about it and treated me like I was 10 years old. Guess what Bob, humans make mistakes! Avoid this employee at all costs. read more
