Today (14 weeks after originally dropped off) I picked up the ottoman. Not only was it not done,not started , it was under a bunch of other peoples stuff. They told me at the time of the full voicemail that "he was trying to sell business" IE he is not really interested in new business. So don't bother even trying. One kid was crying so much, she had a face full of snot. I got a tissue and gave it to the staff member and told her to wipe her nose. If this was my kid, I would be very angry. This is NOT okay. Especially with kids, possibly having an emergency. Overall my kid enjoyed his time there, I would like to see more staff members in the early hour drop-off times.

Requested arrival at motel at 9 and Cory was on time exactly. Very professional nice clean van. He even loaded my bags.approx 30 min drive with normal tourist conversation. I will definitely use them again. I felt the price of $70 flat fee was a little steep but, well worth it due to the bind I was in. Very skeptical of using cab sr car and traveling alone but definitely will use again if I ever have to come back up here. Thank you for ur kind services. I was flying home to TN.
