She's absolutely brilliant! Knutson Printing has been an absolute dream. Ordering wedding invitations can be kind of stressful. I tried some online services like the "build your own" or etsy. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or what little things I should be looking for, so it was a little overwhelming. So I turned to Knutson Printing. I had kind of an odd request for the design of the wedding invitation, so I wasn't sure if Knutson Printing could to do it, but they did. I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure how I wanted it styled, that's where Maddi came in and designed my dream invitation. So creative and so nice! I put my trust in Knutson Printing and they delivered. Gorgeous! I'll update when they are delivered. I'm so happy! Can't wait to send these babies out! Overall: Excellent price and great experience. They said to just check back in a week or so and MAYBE it would be back. Then they suggested I go to Kristin's Bridal or Kinkos. Rude and unhelpful customer service, if you can get service at all. While waiting for the parts to come, my family's laundry of 9 started to quickly pile up to an embarrassing amount. Thankfully, The Bubble worker received my newbie request on how to work the new washer app system with kindness and grace. She was patient with me and I felt very cared for. I had to leave early before my laundry was done, but she was kind enough to switch my loads to the dryer. They then bagged it and had it ready for me behind the desk, keeping everything safe. I am blown away. I feel these days excellent customer service is hard to come by, but I received it here!! 5 star review, and I will be telling any other moms if they are in the same situation to come here and give the Bubble their business!

One of my recent experiences involved another customer being charged incorrectly because the sign on the machine said $2.25, but when he started it, it charged him $3.25. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the young blonde employee immediately started arguing with him about it. The customer pointed out that the posted price should be honored, and after arguing for a while, she finally gave in -- but only after ripping the sign off the wall. She continued being rude to him for the rest of the time he was there. Another time, the employee with brown hair and glasses was sitting on her phone at the register and told a customer to remove someone else's laundry from a dryer so he could use it. That should have been handled by staff, not another customer. When the owner of the laundry came back and saw someone had touched their clothes, it turned into a loud argument right in front of other customers and children. They were getting in each other's faces, and it honestly looked like it could turn physical. I asked the employee if she heard what was going on, and she basically shrugged it off and went right back to sitting on her phone instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. My most recent experience was asking for help because a dryer door wasn't closing properly. Instead of helping politely, the same employee came over with an attitude and said, "It's not that hard to close," basically belittling me for asking for assistance. Customer service here is awful. The employees constantly sit around on their phones, act annoyed when customers need help, and the place itself is filthy. The bathrooms constantly smell so bad. I would not recommend coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other option.

I've lived in many states and I really appreciate this place. They are a brother and sister team who work hard to fix anything that you have that you need to wear on mostly your feet. But they will also fix other things like leather goods. I had a pair of boots from Italy Sitting around for 15 years and I wanted to get it redone because the leather is beautiful and soft and they fixed the lining and the sole for such an amazing price and they made it like new. They also adjusted my Dansko leather shoes for work. They are a GEM in this community and much loved by me. Thank you for the Great humble service here!

Hard water, improperly maintained equipment, and no chemicals dispensed leaving salt film on…read morevehicle after three cycles. The wand tip was 180 degrees off, hose was 5' too long, and wand trigger was broken causing it to be on all the time when washing. Also, there is incorrect signage in car wash concerning overhead doors. Warning signs indicate doors automatically close in 30 seconds after opening. I didn't close the door due to this when leaving and the "owner" aggressively chased me down in the parking lot when leaving to make sure I know to close his doors. Would not recommend.
