If you never want to receive a package on time , at the right address , or delivered AT ALL when the tracking says " delivered " this is your place ... I do NOT (or will ever ) have an Amazon account . I want to support the USPS as much as I can , but with service like THIS , it is MIND BOGGLING how the USPS is still in business ! Packages get lost constantly and if you try calling they won't answer the phone. No accountability breeds laziness

My package was not delivered It says ATTEMPTED?! Our business is located 4 BLOCKS away from the Post office! We are open 8a to 6p, message says "We attempted to deliver your package at 5:17 pm on June 25, 2021 in GALLUP, NM 87301 but could not access the delivery location" Really! The mailman cant find the entrance??? Inexperience person? This person did not attempt to deliver as I see it. read more

Customer service needs improvement at this postal location. Usually any postal office are friendly and happy to assist. Andrea was the office cashier or clerk who assist me. She was so rude and showing body language of hatred to her customers. I'm mean she was literally rolling her eyes at customers and giving vague answers. Definitely not stopping by this location again. Message to rude employees like Andrea life too short if you don't like what you do, do not make others just as miserable as you are. The mail delivery people never knock or ring your door bell. I've had numerous boxes delivered to me, that needed my signature. The post office deliverers never once knocked on my door or rang my door bell. Instead, they left the notice in my mail box and wrote that there was "no authorized recipient available". If I could give negative stars I would. I had an address change. I also notified my mail carrier that I was moving. They continued to deliver mail and packages to the home that clearly had a For Rent sign posted out front. Called several times to retrieve my mail. Was given the runaround. One day they'd have my package and sending it to my forwarding address. The next week my package could not be located. I was given lie after lie. This went on for months. On my way to the airport, I stopped at Gallup and mailed packages of winter clothes and books here. Three of the four boxes arrived at its destination. Two were filled with crumpled newspapers. One box never arrived and the last box was the only one with all its contents intact. (This box was handled by a different post office worker at Gallup.) I sent a formal complaint to the U.S. Postal Investigators, although I did not expect the contents back. Go to a UPS store or a FedEx store instead, if you have packages. read more
