They will call me to say that can come out, and then they do not come. This has happened three times now. There are no other companies in this area to do this service. They obviously know this because they are not working hard at all to keep my business. They say they have attempted to call me. However, I have no missed calls from them on my call log and no missed messages that I have not returned. I cannot actually rate the service because I have yet to receive any service from them. This company could not be more helpful. We were staying at Sky City RV Park and ran out of propane…read morein the motorhome. I called several place to see if I could get someone to fill my tank, but was told by several businesses that they didn't have anyone qualified to do that. Ortega's Propane was recommended to us by A1 Radiator, so we stopped in to see if they could help. After a quick phone call I was told no problem someone would be at the RV Park shortly to fill the tank. We off we went to return to the motorhome and as we were pulling into the park off goes the propane truck we missed him. Not 5/10 minutes later here he comes again and fills the tank. Great service and very nice people. I would highly recommend them. The gentlemen who help us was a VET so thank you for your service as well!
