I have been waiting for my mail for almost 3 months now. The first time I put a change of address in, didn't go into the computer and no one can tell me the reason why. I filled out another one on the 7th of July and Still not receiving any mail when I know for a fact I have not only bills, but also 2 cards from friends they mailed out back in April and my security deposit they mailed twice now because the Fulton, post office don't know how to do their job. The post office has been doing its best during these harsh times. Everyone must maintain and adhere to social distancing. There are markers on the floor to show exactly how far someone should be from another person. For the protection of everyone including the employees there are protective shields separating us to limit contact. And masks are required of course! read more

This is such a frustrating experience. No one picks up my redelivery slips. I have posted numerous notes on my mailbox. They are never picked up. I have an extremely sensitive item that I have been relying on. Customer service is in a call center and has you on hold for over an hour. The website keeps displaying "internal service error" so I'm never able to complete the form online. I find it ridiculous that I should have to pay for shipping (from Greece I might add) to have this rectified. And I'm sure it won't be delivered anyways. Just another slip that never gets picked up.
