We had this store pack and ship a package for us. The item wasn't well packaged and by the time it…read morearrived at its destination it had been opened and some of the contents had been stolen! The items that were taken were irreplaceable family heirlooms. If we had known what poor service this store provided, we never would have used them. You shouldn't either. Edit: there was an original artwork print and a poster that were packaged. The poster was delivered but the original artwork print was not. Images as received added. In hindsight, the inadequacy of the packaging is evident.

Also, make sure every item is properly secured. 3. Do not sign anything, at least until the load has arrived. 4. Tell the company before hiring you will refuse to sign any documents until the load is delivered. Then make sure everything has either arrived properly or that you have written confirmation you will be reimbursed a certain amount for any specific damage. If they don't agree, get someone else. 5.
