This place is great! They do it all. Super helpful. The only downside is that it's always really busy, in my experience.

We had this store pack and ship a package for us. The item wasn't well packaged and by the time it arrived at its destination it had been opened and some of the contents had been stolen! The items that were taken were irreplaceable family heirlooms. If we had known what poor service this store provided, we never would have used them. You shouldn't either. Edit: there was an original artwork print and a poster that were packaged. The poster was delivered but the original artwork print was not. Images as received added. In hindsight, the inadequacy of the packaging is evident. read more

I worked with Matt on designing my wedding signage and invites. He was great to work with and I'm more than pleased. I also got a chance to meet with Heidi the owner. Also a wonderful person. Both Matt and Heidi were super helpful throughout the process and I won't hesitate to come back. read more

I sent out a package selling though Mercari. This location scanned it and accepted it but never actually shipped it out. I sent it December 29th it was supposed to deliver on the 4th. It is now the 7th, and I have to make a claim for a lost package, why should I have to do that since I did my job as the seller by dropping off the package. Thanks for putting me out of money UPS! If there were responsible workers here this wouldn't happen. read more

Was called an hour later to tell me they were going to charge me $30 a month. Went back the next Monday afternoon to cancel it but was told they couldn't refund the $30 that was already paid.
