The current office is short on providers so they use remote Nurse Practitioners. One of the female providers was rude and flip-flopped her decisions during the call. Almost made me incompetent to manage my own medication routine as she felt she had to step in and take over for me. Don't go here unless you get a doctor in an office and avoid if you have to see someone via Zoom, those zoom calls are a waste of time. I don't recommend this place to anyone. One last thing: If you are on controlled medications, they will require you to sign an controlled medications agreement and if you agree to sign, you might as well kiss your medication freedom goodbye especially if you are already responsibly medicating yourself.

I didn't have a lot of luck with finding stuff that fit me right (being a young adult between sizes) I admit I had a lot of stuff to put back so I asked if they had a rack or somewhere to put the clothes the lady (who I was told was the manager) had said either I put it back or they do and I was about to turn around and put it back when she was super rude and had me give it to her to put it back. when she saw the amount of stuff I had to put back she started body shaming me saying "are you seriously not gonna buy any of this" and "how does none of this fit you" along with getting 3 other people to help and saying all of these are XL and L's rudely, just general being mean I was stunned. she said the same things to my friend who was with me and I was seriously thinking about putting the stuff I was buying back and walking out but I know the proceeds go to a good cause supporting women. I thought about going back and telling her she should really think about how she talks to people because people talk and having younger people in your store is important for keeping another generation shopping at your store. I have talked to a few people and they agree they have almost always seen her being rude to people. So very sad - Over 18,000 for plain funeral services…read more Sadly enough they had no cluse about costs to us- They seemed clueless. finally asked again and again for a billing -- just got is after the death of my mother on December 31, 2024. All was prepaid by contracts and policies. watch them carefully. I think they make it up as they go. Be careful to get a total cost in writing before you go ahead. They are now owned by Vertin funeral homes. I will be contacting Vertins to check into it.! Best of luck in planning any ones funeral.

My cat just died. When I called them just now to ask about this, the unsympathetic woman who answers their phone kind of sniffed condescendingly and said "we don't offer services for pets". I said it's right on your website, an entire page about your pet services, and she said she'd have to look into that, and insisted again that they don't work with pets. This place is misleading on their website format in the services they offer. They also hire people who are rude and don't know the website well.

There's an indoor walking track, exercise machines, weight lifting room, yoga, fitness class, several gyms, a 25 yard pool, day care, after school child care, summer activities, pickle ball, you name it, I know I've forgotten things. Changing rooms available, Men, women, and family for the pool area. Swim lessons, water exercise, free swim, and more. It is clean and decently maintained. The Staff is Friendly, skilled, and ready to assist you should you find yourself in need of assistance. They are set up with an online app and it is full of information. Stop in and check out the YMCA . Have some fun!

I have nothing else bad or good to say; their hours are pretty limited, but there's nothing in the area with better hours that I've found, so this is the best option for Fergus Falls. The YMCA here fulfills the function of a community activity center that other municipalities may have, which Fergus Falls lacks, and they do a good job of filling that gap in public amenities.
